Member Product Allocation & Pre-Order Policy

Gamers Guild Membership exists to support our mission of Safe, Inclusive Gaming for All, NOT to serve as a speculative discount program. Our allocation policies are designed to keep access fair and sustainable for the community.

Member Allocations

• Members may receive 1–2 units at MSRP when market prices exceed MSRP.
• If market price falls below MSRP, members may receive a discount off market price.
• Some high-demand products may be distributed via member survey or lottery system.
• In certain situations, general pre-orders may be paused until allocations are finalized, and product will instead be offered through a member survey.

Partner Auto Orders

• Auto Orders apply to product lines, not specific releases.
• They help ensure a Partner does not miss their allocation if they forget to complete a survey.
• Auto Orders do not guarantee quantity, but they protect eligibility for allocation if product is available.
• Not limited to TCG products.

Eligibility & Membership Status

• Members must be active and in good standing at the time of product release to receive member allocations and pricing.
• Orders requiring membership will be canceled if membership is inactive at fulfillment.
• Certain high-demand products (such as One Piece TCG) may require a minimum 3 month membership duration to qualify.

Payment & Order Holds

• Member invoices must be paid within 1 week.
• Unpaid orders will be released back to inventory.
• Members are allowed one courtesy exception if you miss a survey or need additional time, provided product is still available.

High-Demand Products

• If a product becomes heavily allocated and general pre-orders must be canceled, future offerings may move to a survey-based system.
• For exceptionally high-demand releases, we reserve the right to pause general pre-orders and shift to member allocation once allocations are confirmed.
