In Store Pickup

Orders can be picked up daily, from 12pm - 11pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
ID is required at time of pickup to verify identity and ensure accuracy of order.
Processing and Handling
Your order will be processed, pulled, packed and labeled within one business day of placing your order. If there are circumstances that prevent us from that one day turn around you will be notified via an email from customerservice@gamersguildaz.com. This processing and handling time does not apply to any orders containing items that are "Pre-Orders". These situations are outlined below.
Pre-Orders
Any orders containing items that are "pre-orders" will not ship until all of the items become available. We do our very best to send out pre-order items as soon as possible to get them to you as close to the release date as we can. All pre-orders are subject to delays at the manufacturer and distributor level. As soon as the products are available to us we will ship them within one business day using the shipping method that was selected at checkout.
Shipping
We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout to best serve your needs and do our best to offer you the most accurate shipping prices possible. Listed shipping estimates are provided by the carriers and are not a guarantee of delivery date. We will ship out orders based on the level of shipping that you have chosen and send tracking info to the email that was used to place the order as soon as we print the label. Free Shipping
We offer free economy shipping on any orders in the Contiguous United States over $99. At checkout you will see that option along with other shipping options. If you choose not to use the "Free Shipping" option you are willingly opting out of free shipping for a quicker shipping method. We reserve the right to choose the most economical shipping available to us when "Free Shipping" is selected and the carrier that we choose will vary. Shipping Insurance (ShipAid)
As part of our commitment to ensuring a high standard of customer service we utilize a shipping insurance program called ShipAid. This is designed to provide comprehensive coverage, offering protection against unforeseen circumstances during transit.
ShipAid safeguards your shipments from loss, damage, or theft, ensuring that your items are shielded from potential risks throughout their journey. We know that a lot can happen to your package once we hand it off to the shipping carriers, by adding the small ShipAid fee to your order it allows us to make sure that your package gets to it's destination, in good condition, while still keeping our prices competitive.
ShipAid is not required in situations where there was an error on our part, we will always cover those situations regardless.

Canada
We offer shipping to Canada as the beginning of our expanding markets campaign. If you are in Canada and purchase items to be shipped to you please be aware that you will be charged for import duties and taxes at checkout. There is no free shipping option for Canada at this time and you will be given applicable shipping choices during checkout.
