Due to limited capacity, you may only participate in 1 GD03 Release Event per Gamers Guild location. This means you can participate in 1 event at the Tempe store and 1 event at the North Phoenix store.
Waitlisted Events:
• If you’re not physically present within 5 minutes of the posted start time, your seat may be given to someone on the waitlist, even if you called ahead.
• Game 1 OR Round 1 losses will still apply if you are late and still allowed to participate (at the sole discretion of the TO's and may vary from game to game)
• If your seat is given away, you’ll receive a full refund within 3 business days, and are NOT eligibile for any promos or giveaways.
• Anyone on the waitlist must pay before sitting down, no exceptions—even if things are moving fast.
Event ticket purchase on gamersguildaz.com is required to participate. Application on the Bandai App does not guarantee a spot without an event ticket purchase.
