November 1895: After a vicious battle, Dracula kills Abraham Van Helsing, Johnathan Harker, John Seward, Quincy Morris, and Arthur Holmwood (Lord Godalming). Only Mina Harker survives. Dracula, injured gravely in the fight, returns to the dungeon below his castle to recover for 100 years.
January 1970: Hotel Dracula is built on the decrepit ruins of Castle Dracula, incorporating one room of the dungeons as the “Crypt” for tourists.
November 1995: An unexpected blizzard descends upon the area, trapping all guests and staff of Hotel Dracula within. One by one, they begin to die.
Hotel Dracula is a modern reinterpretation of Dracula for the Liminal Horror Investigation RPG. This four-hour one-shot adventure drops a team of new Investigators into the heart of a murder mystery in a snowed-in hotel that is rapidly filling with the vampiric spawn of Count Dracula. With the Doom Clock ticking down to total annihilation, players will have to work quickly to uncover the Count’s wicked scheme, prevent more vampire spawn from being turned, and avoid suspicion for the murders as the body count continues to rise.
