A warm, tucked-away comfort dish that feels like a secret meal prepared beneath the floorboards. Tender chicken thigh, hearty wild rice, and bright broccoli are gently simmered in a fragrant sweet Thai red curry, creating a cozy blend of bold and delicate flavors. Rich yet humble, this dish captures the quiet magic of small moments and the feeling of finding warmth in the most unexpected places.
Entrée — “Secret Feast”
Seared pork steak glazed in a sweet and spicy plum teriyaki, finished with crispy garlic, and roasted ponzo crimini mushrooms, carrots and onions.
