Hours: Mornings and Evenings. Must be available both Saturday and Sunday.

Pay Range: $18.50-$20.50/hr DOE

Role Overview:
The Loss Prevention Specialist is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud and supporting safety within the store. This is as much a customer service role as it is a loss prevention role. They utilize tools and skills to minimize loss to the Company, including but not limited to identifying incidents of theft and fraud.
Key Responsibilities

Greeting customers as they come through the door

Preventing vagrants entering to use facilities etc

Stopping Code of Conduct violations at the door

Answering questions and facilitating store tours for new customers

Preparing accurate and detailed case reports documenting incidents or issues on shift.

Reporting any hazardous or unsafe condition to the Manager on Duty and carrying out job responsibilities in a manner that minimizes the risk of injury to themselves, other associates, vendors, customers, and the Company.

Demonstrating integrity at all times, responding to asset protection and operational concerns of all associates and remaining focused on store specific business objectives while supporting key asset protection and operational responsibilities.

- Strong customer service skills
- Understanding of detailed/analytical incident reporting
- Excellent communication skills
