Shaolia: Great Houses
Shaolia: Great Houses is an expansion to Shaolia: Warring States which brings not only new cards, but also new mechanics and game modes to give the players more options in pursuing their paths to victory. The expansion introduces the titular Great Houses. There is also a solo mode new to Shaolia which introduces a Boss for the player to battle. A game of Great Houses proceeds much the same as one of Warring States, but with the addition of the Noble House tiles and Quest cards. These two new components work in tandem. Noble House TilesThese tiles can be purchased during the purchase phase of the game. The currency to purchase them are Quest cards that players have earned in the game. After a Noble House tile has been purchased, it is immediately replaced by another from the deck. Noble House tiles are placed near the player’s territory board, and function the same as Level 1 & 2 cards, with one important exception: They cannot be attacked, blocked, or destroyed, so a player will benefit from their abilities until the end of the game. Quest CardsIf a player completes the requirement listed on a Quest card during their turn, they get to take the quest card into their hands. Another Quest card from the deck is immediately drawn to replace the one taken. As mentioned previously, Quest cards can be used to purchase Noble House tiles. Alternately, you may sell one a Quest card for 2 gold. There are two types of Quest cards: ones that are immediately achieved by meeting their requirements, and ones with 23 open slots that require players to repeat the action listed on the card that many times before they complete the quest. Cards with these repeating quests can only be completed by whoever does the action first, claiming it with one of their quest trackers. A game of Shaolia: Great Houses ends the same turn that someone either gains 18 culture, or does 12 damage to their opponent’s palace. Additionally, there will be that previously-mentioned third victory path achieved through completing quests.

Ragusa
Set in the legendary city of Ragusa (now Dubrovnik), Ragusa charges players with the task of building the city in the 15th century, constructing its great towers, boosting trade with the East, and finding their fortunes. Players build houses on the spaces between three hexes, gaining access to resources (on rural spaces) and actions (in the city), which means that a house effectively functions as a worker being placed, but triggering three spots at a time. Players use resources gained in the countryside to build buildings, trade, and craft valuable commodities — the value of which varies as ships come and go from the harbor. In the city, players gain access to actions, with each spot representing the three actions that surround it. This simple worker placement gives way to a deep engine-building mechanism as not only will building around production spaces utilize the houses you've already built in the countryside, but building near other player's houses will re-activate them, giving other players valuable opportunities outside of their turns. The game ends once players have placed all their houses. The player with the most points from all sources wins.

Reviving Kathmandu
Reviving Kathmandu is a bidding and set collection game for 1-6 players. In the game, players are builders who travel to Nepal. They’ll compete to earn the title of Most Respected Architect in Kathmandu. Bid on construction materials (cards). Then collect those cards and use them to build the most prestigious Buddhas, Shrines, Stupas and Pagodas (“Monuments”). You’ll score points for your monuments, for achieving special objectives, and for paying special attention to color. The architect who achieves the most points will win the game. HOW TO PLAYThe game is played over 8 rounds. Each round has 3 phases: Bid, Collect, and Build. Players work through these 3 phases, in this order. Each phase is explained in greater detail in the rulebook. But, generally, players will: - BID: Starting with the first player and continuing clockwise, each player must place 1 coin of their choice face-down onto one of the bid spots on the playmat. Each bid spot targets 2 cards within the same row or column. - COLLECT: Players flip their coins and determine who won each card. Determine the winner for each card using this order:1. The only bidder2. Highest bidder3.If tied, the player whose coin is closest to the card4. If still tied, the player whose coin is on the long edge of the cardThen each player collects 2 cards total to their hands — taking from the Market and/or the red deck. - BUILD: Players use as many cards as they want from their hands to build Monuments. To add to a Monument, slide an appropriate card under the previous one, revealing the section that continues the Monument. Once a Monument has all its required sections, it is “complete.” Buddhas are considered complete immediately after they are built. When you complete a Monument, immediately score points for completing it The game has 8 rounds. After every 4 rounds, each player will only have 1 coin left. When this happens, players either convert their last coin to points or buy 1 discarded card. MISSIONS: Players may complete various objectives for bonus points. Each Mission contains 4 objectives—to complete a Buddha, a Shrine, a Stupa, and/or a Pagoda with sections matching the color(s) shown on the Mission. GAME END:- Discard all cards left in your hands and discard piles.- Score points for the topmost card of any incomplete Monuments.- Score color bonuses (if any) for your completed Monument. WINNING: The player with the most points becomes the most well-respected architect, and therefore wins the game! Reviving Kathmandu is the second game in the Lemery Games Globetrotter Game Series, after Chili Mafia.

Tindaya
Tindaya is set at the dawn of the 15th century on the paradise known today as the Canary Islands. The conquistadors have just set eyes on it. Each player must lead an aboriginal tribe to survival in a world ruled by gods and shaped by natural disasters. Tindaya is a theme-driven survival adventure with the soul of a eurogame. This environmentally conscious game offers two play modes to please any group: Cooperative (including solo) & Competitive, in addition to the Traitor variant for players avid of some old fashioned throat-cutting. Difficulty can be graded, and less experienced gamers can learn to play through a 3 game mini-campaign. During 3 phases, natives will settle, progress, and battle invaders, all within a mythological setting ruled by two gods, Acoran & Moneiba. They will demand specific goods at each stage of the game. If the natives are unable or unwilling to provide them, their godly rage will be unleashed. But players are not alone; two seers will make predictions by reading the smoke of their bonfires. Tibiabin will see the disasters to come. Tamonante will predict where they will happen. Disaster markers will be placed on the board to signal what is to come. End of the Game: In Cooperative mode, players will check if their collective mission has been achieved. If so, the gods will be happy, and all natives win the game. In Competitive mode, solidarity points will be granted to players that have given more to the community, used fewer resources, or achieved both collective and personal objectives. The player with more points will win the game.

Anunnaki: Dawn of the Gods
ABOUT ANUNNAKI: DAWN OF THE GODS Your ancient alien civilization is leaving its dying planet in search of a new homeland. The promised land is represented by Gaia, which is home to the magnificent human civilization of Atlantis. But beware, other Houses (factions) of your civilization also have the same goal and only one will be able to dominate Gaia! Anunnaki: Dawn of the Gods is a 4x eurogame by Simone Luciani and Danilo Sabia, set in an ancient dystopian past, where mythology and science-fiction collide. Each player represents a different House whose rulers are viewed by terrestrial population as gods. Players build bases, recruit troops, embody gods, explore the territory, develop their own technology, sign trade contracts, defeat local dominions and other players’ armies, trying to conquer Atlantis, which owns huge treasures. Different actions will provide a certain number of immediate Victory Points. Moreover, random setup goals will provide you with sizable Victory Point rewards at the end of the game, based on specific conditions. In the end, the player with the most VPs will be the winner. In addition to having a strong dose of controllability (the luck factor is minimal), the game features an innovative starred action-selection-system that confronts players with interesting choices: players can reincarnate their gods by performing their actions in a precise sequence, on pre-established paths of their starred player board, or they can give up some deities, jumping freely from one action to another of their board, to choose the best actions on each turn.

In Lost Kingdoms, each civilization comes with its own deck of cards including cultural policies, Knowledge and Buildings as well as new very specific Provinces per civilization: pyramids for the Aztecs, desert for the Mughals, jungle for the Amazons and islands for the Atlanteans. Of course, these new types of terrain could be used with or without their assigned Civilizations to enhance the look of the board and the creation of your maps. These civilizations, lost in time and legends, await their resurrection in Monumental: Lost Kingdoms! - 5TH PLAYER ADDITION Lost Kingdom contains the rules and components needed to play 5-player games of Monumental. This feature becomes even more attractive when using the new Continuous Play Mode ! In order to play with 5 players, Lost Kingdoms provides: - New Province Tiles and a 5th Capital tile. - 5-player scenarios (maps) - A new Market: Carthago - Additional Free City Tokens As well as… - NEW DEVELOPMENT CARDS These 12 new Development cards will greatly increase Monumental’s replayability: - Knowledge: Coinage; Astronomy; Animal Husbandry; Relativity; Flight - Wonders: Orichalc Walls of Atlantis; The Red Fort; Tenochtitlan; Panama Canal; Golden Gate Bridge - Buildings: Channels; Theater - 6TH MARKET TOKEN: Lost Kingdoms adds one token for each existing Market, which will add more choices to the current pool when visiting a Market tile, in addition to the new Market Carthago, complete with its 6 tokens. - NEW PROVINCE TILES There are four new types of Province tiles in Lost Kingdoms, each of which inspired by one of the new civilizations: - Aztec Pyramids: Whenever you conquer an Aztec Pyramid, you must pay 1 Gold in addition to any other resources you would normally pay. - Islands: Each Island tile shows two bridges connecting to 2 or 4 adjacent Province tiles, depending on which adjacent Provinces the bridges might point to. The only way to enter the Island is by bridge from one of these adjacent tiles. Provinces adjacent to an Island are considered to be Coastal provinces. - Deserts: After you conquer a Desert, you must return one conquering Soldier to your Capital tile. - Jungles: It costs 1 additional Military resource for Explorers to enter a Jungle. This additional cost must always be paid, even if the Explorer is moving for free as the result of another effect. - NEW AUTOMA CARDS This expansion includes Automa cards which are adapted to the new civilizations, as well as some stronger cards for more experienced players! - 4 NEW CIVILIZATIONS Altogether with the Core box civilizations, 9 Civilizations are now ready to fight for glory and dominance in Monumental against other players or in Solo mode! Lost Kingdoms brings 4 more civilizations to the game, each of them with their specific game mechanic alongside exclusive new Buildings, Knowledge, Cultural Policies and new Warlord effects. - Amazons The Amazons were known for their ability to utilize horses both in combat and everyday life - in Monumental, horses are a new resource represented by a new type of Token. The Amazons’ cultural policies also make use of horses in many different ways, from using Beasts of Burdento complete Wonders, to using Wall of Horses to make all provinces with horses in them even more expensive to conquer. - Mughals The Mughals excel at efficiency and city management, being able to quickly discard useless cards from their City in order to optimize access to their more powerful Buildings and Knowledge. This efficiency is also reflected in the special way the Mughals use their Cultural Policies. Unlike other civilizations, when the Mughals develop a new Cultural Policy, they don’t stack their Cultural Policies - they instead place each new Cultural Policy next to a row or column in their City. For the remaining part of the game, whenever that row/column of cards is activated, so is the associated policy, meaning that in the later portion of the game, you might end up having access to all five policies rather than just one, and thus being able to activate up to 2 per turn! - Atlantis The Atlanteans use Knowledge and Special Building cards differently from other Civilizations. Instead of being placed in their City deck, those cards are kept separate above their City, in a row known as the Nexus. At the start of every turn, when you cross-tap your 5 City cards, the leftmost card in the Nexus is also activated and moves towards the end of the row afterwards. Atlanteans policies align with this scientific focus, while their affinity to the sea echoes their inevitable demise. - Aztecs Human sacrifice played a central role in Aztec culture, and in Monumental this manifests in a new keyword: Sacrifice. Sacrificing allows you to gain powerful effects, but at the cost of your Soldiers: When you sacrifice a Soldier, that token (or figure) is removed from the map permanently and cannot be used to conquer or occupy Provinces. The Aztecs have access to Cultural Policies that play into this delicate cycle of sacrifice and recovery, life and death.

Ayar: Children of the Sun
Retell the incredible origin myth of the Inca in this dramatic mid-weight eurogame. In the beginning, Viracocha the creator brought forth Inti, the sun god, and Mama Quilla, the moon god. From the union of these two gods sprang four sons and four daughters: the Ayar. These siblings were tasked with guiding the first clans and teaching them the skills needed to build a civilization. As they traveled the land in search of fertile ground, the Ayar one by one met their fates until only two remained to found Tawantinsuyu – the Inca Empire. In Ayar: Children of the Sun, players take control of one of the first clans, journeying with the Ayar across the Andes. Follow their teaching and improve your skills at farming, pottery, weaving, and reed bundling. As well as advancing your own clan, you must influence the progress of the Ayar, ensuring the survival of those who reward your most developed skills. Seek the approval of Mama Quilla through long-term strategy, and please Inti with tactical play. Be careful not to earn the ire of one of these jealous gods because at the end of the game, whichever one favors you least will determine your final score. The future of your clan – and the Inca civilization – is in your hands.

Underwater Cities
In Underwater Cities, which takes about 30-45 min or less per player, players represent the most powerful brains in the world, brains nominated due to the overpopulation of Earth to establish the best and most livable underwater areas possible. The main principle of the game is card placement. Three colored cards are placed along the edge of the main board into 3 x 5 slots, which are also colored. Ideally players can place cards into slots of the same color. Then they can take both actions and advantages: the action depicted in the slot on the main board and also the advantage of the card. Actions and advantages can allow players to intake raw materials; to build and upgrade city domes, tunnels and production buildings such as farms, desalination devices and laboratories in their personal underwater area; to move their marker on the initiative track (which is important for player order in the next turn); to activate the player's "A-cards"; and to collect cards, both special ones and basic ones that allow for better decision possibilities during gameplay. All of the nearly 220 cards — whether special or basic — are divided into five types according to the way and time of use. Underwater areas are planned to be double-sided, giving players many opportunities to achieve VPs and finally win.

Planet Unknown
Our planet has run out of resources, and we are forced to move. We have discovered a series of planets and sent our rovers to test their environment with the hope of colonization. Our rovers have confirmed 1-6 viable colonization options. Planet Unknown is a competitive game for 1-6 players in which players attempt to develop the best planet. Each round, each player places one polyomino-shaped, dual-resource tile on their planet. Each resource represents the infrastructure needed to support life on the planet. Every tile placement is important to cover your planet efficiently and also to build up your planet's engine. After placing the tile, players do two actions associated with the two infrastructure types on the tile. Some tile placements trigger "meteors" that make all planets harder to develop and prevent them from scoring points in the meteor's row and column. Planet Unknown innovates on the popular polyomino trend by allowing simultaneous, yet strategic turn-based play via the Lazy S.U.S.A.N. space station in the center of the table.

The Oranienburg canal, which gave this game its name, was built between 1832 and 1837 in Brandenburg. The Havel River was difficult to navigate near the Oranienburg mills, so a canal was built from the Havel that crossed the older Ruppin canal, thereby forming the Oranienburg canal cross. During the industrialization in the 19th century, lots of companies and businesses were formed at this important waterway. Moreover, additional streets and railways were built. In Kanal, you erect new industries and shape the infrastructure by building pathways, streets, railways, and canals. Most important of all are bridges that connect buildings. To do all of this, you have access to various actions that you select in the right moments. At the end of the game, the player with the best industrial area and the best infrastructure wins.

Lisboa (Deluxe Edition)
Lisboa is a game about the reconstruction of the great Portuguese capital city after a series of terrible catastrophes. On November 1, 1755, Lisboa suffered an earthquake of an estimated magnitude of 8.59.0, followed by a devastating tsunami and 3 days of raging fires. The city was almost totally destroyed.Description:Lisboa is thus played, in part, on a representational map of the city. During the planning of the downtown re-building project, the type of businesses permitted in each street was pre-determined. The clockmakers and goldsmiths had their street; as did the bookstores and libraries; the tailors and silk vendors; and the toolmakers as well. This all comes into play on the Lisboa gameboard.Players represent the nobility of Lisboa who will use their influence in the reconstruction and business development of the new city.In rebuilding the city, players will make use of the Royal Builder, who works with the architects to build Lisboa anew, while the Marquis will provide aid in the development of commerce. The King will provide players with political help in re-opening the beautiful new city. But the true reason you are rebuilding the city is not for greatness, or even fame or fortune. As a nobleman or noblewoman of Lisboa, your primary motivation is the acquisition of Wigs--a most important trading commodity of the Era, and the means of scoring points in the game.
