Each turn you will have to get through three placards that separate you from your nutty prize. These placards each have a form (rock, leaf, mushroom), and a color (red, yellow, blue) that are hidden from players. If you name the correct color on all three placards in your path you collect a nut token! But make a mistake and your turn ends immediately, giving your opponents a chance to make their own guesses. Once you collect a nut token it forces all other players to flip their character tokens to the opposite side, meaning they will now have to guess forms instead of colors and vice versa. The obvious first step in this restoration was taking the electronic device and turning it into an app. Doing that allows for better sound quality and a more dynamic platform for different modes of play. Next step was ditching the roll-and-move mechanism and, in general, stripping out some of the luck and adding in a healthy dose of strategy. By replacing the dice with decks of movement cards, it also allows asymmetrical decks, which increases the fun and replayability. Game effects were also added to the suspect cards to further spice things up.

In Escape Pods players must evacuate as many of their crew members from an exploding spaceship as possible - securing refuge on a nearby moon. However, each shelter requires a specific combination of crew member roles in order to be completely successful!As they flee the ship, players may have to work together - sharing pods, dodging meteorites and avoiding collisions with other evacuating ships. Once a pod reaches a shelter, players place their crew members - face down - in the available slots.Each round, players program their actions by taking up slots on their action cards. These can include: moving pods forward, boarding adjacent pods or laying satellites to guide your crew to the moon shelters.The game ends when there are either no more spaces left in the refuges or when all remaining pods are trapped behind the growing meteor shower. Then the crew members that made it to each refuge are flipped - revealing their role. This determines how successful each evacuation effort was and rewards bonus points to the players who sent the required roles to the shelter.
