    Stress Botics: Odyssey (Pre-Order)

This item is a pre-order item with an expected release date of Q2 2026 Orders containing a pre-order items WILL NOT SHIP until the final pre-order item is able to be shipped. Dates and product details are subject to change as new information from the manufacturer is updated. Stress Botics Odyssey expands the heavy eurogame experience in 5 axes, while maintaining the basic rules and rhythm of the base game. The first enhanced axis is the main room (the room where Alpha Bot currently is). Odyssey’s alternate board contains a zoom of the main room, and thus players will have to take into account their positioning, in order to fight against the cylindroids and defend Alpha Bot from them. If Alpha Bot does not reach the surface, deliveries to ships will be much more complex to execute! The second enhanced axis are the Cylindroids. When the players eliminate an entire wave of enemies, a Cylindroid Elite will appear. This powerful enemy is Alpha Bot’s nemesis, and boasts its own AI and complex behaviour. The third enhanced axis is Alpha Bot. Beta Bots will be able to access the interior of Alpha Bot through a new type of action. Once inside they will be able to control Alpha Bot's AI in order to speed up its behavior, change its direction to crush enemies or avoid obstacles, repair shields, collect resources or equip objects, among many other things. However, players will have to be cautious when interacting with AlphaBot... If it receives damage while being controlled, it will activate its other temperamental AI revealing one of its multiple aggressive behaviors, such as going back to an already explored main room or indiscriminately attacking any robot next to it! The fourth enhanced axis is the Solo Mode. By adding Delta Bot, a small robot that will accompany us to fulfill our objectives, adventurous players can play the game on their own. Odyssey includes an additional board to be affixed to the player's blueprint in order to expand management during the maintenance phases, as well taking care of Delta Bot. If the little companion accumulates too much stress it will explode, making the game much harder for the solo player. The fifth enhanced axis is additional content. Odyssey adds more items to the current sets, including a new type of item: the boxed items. Those can be dynamically equipped from the main room to be used more immediately, adding a touch of improvisation both to combat and to the strategies that structure the game. In addition, Odyssey includes modular boards that expand the detail of several mechanics and include unique characteristics in each player count.

  • Gamers Guild AZ Savage Worlds Savage Worlds The Dinosaur Protocol Studio 2

    Savage Worlds The Dinosaur Protocol

65 million years have separated the ages of man and dinosaur. Until now. “Some time in the 21st Century, something broke the world. No one knows for sure what happened. Solar flares, war, global warming, pollution and environmental collapse, or perhaps a combination of all of them. Perhaps it was something much stranger. All we know is that mankind fled the surface, retreating into vast underground shelters where they could wait out the centuries until the earth was habitable once more. But when we emerged from the darkness and prepared to retake our world, it was not as we remembered it. Something had happened to the world that once was. In the centuries without man, nature wound back the clock, returning the planet to an earlier, cleaner, more primal age. An age of dinosaurs. Now humanity must choose – do we fight to reclaim our past, or do we make peace with the present and embrace a simpler future? Armed with the skills and technologies of our ancestors, do we struggle to recreate former glories, or will we use the second chance we have been given to avoid the mistakes of the past? Will human nature even give us the choice? Will we exterminate the reborn dinosaurs, enslave them, or something else? What will be our Dinosaur Protocol?” - From the journals of Archivist Roebuck

Dystopian Wars: Icebergs and Glaciers Set

Able Seaman Peter Harris had been on watch for the last three hours. He was sure he was becoming snowblind. Gazing out at the expanse of whiteness, he wasn’t really sure what he was looking for. “Signs of the enemy” was the order but how could he tell, trapped in this seemingly endless ice flow? No smoke rose above the frozen walls around him and any movement of the jostling blocks made it difficult to tell what was real and what was an illusion created by refracted light. Even the giveaway rumble of engines was muffled by the huge blocks of ice colliding. Harris rubbed his eyes and still saw the blank blue-white of his surroundings. As he looked out again, without warning a grey dagger-like shape broke the colour void. Within seconds he had sounded the alarm and the Albion Cruiser was alive with sailors beating to quarters. Silently, Harris hoped that the enemy had been as clueless about their proximity as he was. He would soon find out how prepared they were. Dystopian Wars: Honourable Eclipse Company Battlefleet Set

Tales of the Honourable Eclipse Company had spread through the military forces of the Union of Federated States over the past few years. Being a largely aerial based force they had influence over land battles, naval conflicts and particularly in air based assaults. Opinions were largely varied. For some, they were a welcome reinforcement, arriving just in time to save the day. For others, a logistical complication. More traditional strategists were annoyed that the HEC operated with their own autonomy, frustratedly figuring out how to incorporate them into the larger operations while still allowing them creative execution of their orders. Then there were some that hated the apparently “honourable” mercenaries. Those men who experienced what it was like when the paycheck ran out. Soldiers whose last look at the HEC was as they withdrew from battle without warning. The contract was over and damn the eyes of whoever had the misfortune of fighting alongside them. Fortunately for the Honourable Eclipse Company, survivors in this instance were rare and few lived to spread word. Besides, the press offices of the HEC did great work making them look good. Dystopian Wars: Crimson League Battlefleet Set

Ever since the coronation of Sultan Mustafa, Princess Scheherazade has kept herself amused using the funds she received from the government of her brother to continue her research as a member of the Covenant of Enlightened. She was instrumental in funding and developing several Covenant projects and served as a Covenant ambassador to several capitals during the early years of her brother’s reign. Exactly what role she played in the Covenant’s Schism is unclear – as is our understanding of the event. In any case, her talents as both a leader and a strategist called her to explore other avenues for profit and adventure – and she expanded her own ‘Promethean Complex’ into a veritable armoury, developing many different advanced weapons for sale to the Great Powers or for the use of Enlightened forces. Her contact with the Covenant’s “warmaster” Schneider fostered an interest in military activities and the romance of a mercenary life. It is no surprise that the Princess established her own mercenary outfit early in her Covenant career. [Postscript: We believe the princess is operating from somewhere in Morocco, although that is pure conjecture. I would ask that we consider a detachment of Iapetus or Astraea to investigate.] This ‘Crimson League’ is dismissed as a vanity project so far as I gather amongst the halls of power. Staffed uniformly by noble adventurers and outlandish aristocrats, the organisation has nonetheless developed a reputation amongst certain quarters as highly effective. Reports garnered from their operational activities indicate a technologically advanced force of unique aerial vehicles and experienced crews, capable of working together despite their flamboyant personalities and wreaking havoc in their wake. [Postscript: A contract with the Crimson League can run into expenses of hundreds of thousands in Sterling so I am told.] The Crimson League has become a thorn in the side of the Sublime Porte – frequently striking at perceived threats to the Sultanate without the government’s blessing at the whim of the Exiled Princess and frequently making a diplomatic nuisance of themselves. There is a more worrying side to these concerns however, if the Sultan were to fall, would his infant son be able to rally the military to his side against the might of the House of Gold? And would the Exiled Princess simply sit out and allow her nephew to succeed to the throne that she believes is rightfully hers? And if she did intervene – would she bring the Crimson League with her? [Postscript: I believe a comparison with the Commonwealth’s Black Wolf and his proximity to the Tzar’s court would be apt here.] An excerpt from a file sent -FROM: Sir Humphrey Attlee, Permanent Secretary GCB, KBC, MVO, MA (Oxon)TO: The Rt Hon Richard Bickerton Pemell Lyons, GCB, GCMG, PC17th May 1873 Contents: 1x Lyceum Aerial Dreadnought (may also be built as the Badroulbadour) 4x Nasr Skyship (may also be built as Awsbiri or Muharib Class) 4x Hirka Skycutters 4x Alsaqr Skybarques Please Note: Dystopian Wars: Rules, cards, guides and instructions are digital with this product and can be found on the Dystopian Wars website. Dystopian Wars: Sturginium Platforms & Objectives Set

Isolated in the vast ocean, the platform stood in defiance of nature. A symbol of humanity’s conquest of the globe in the Dystopian Age. It was quiet now. A fire that had previously run out of control had been put out by a recent storm. All hands abandoned the place during the conflict that had caused the blaze, the only inhabitants now were some errant seabirds pausing their migration. Before that battle it had the official title of ‘The Shining Point at the End of the World’ by the ever verbose Celestian Empire. Before then it was ‘War Platform Sandringham’ to the Crown, although the assigned crew called it ‘the arse end of nowhere’. Before that, its name and very existence had been redacted as an asset of the Commonwealth. What it would be called next was yet to be decided, no doubt by combat that cost the lives of men. Men with families that lived far from here. The seabirds who had a chance to fold their wings there neither knew nor cared. They were simply glad of the rest. Dystopian Wars: Khodynka Battlefleet Set

The Khodynka Heavy Skycruiser “Nebesnaya Gora” hung in the sky, defiant against the laws of nature. Ablative armour plates had been blown off and small fires were being extinguished by weary skymen. The engine at the heart of the beast rumbled on, with nothing but the occasional splutter to suggest there was anything wrong at all. The Commonwealth fleet had been ambushed while making routine patrols around the Barents Sea, The Scions of Jutland had appeared like wolves in the night and unleashed a stream of rockets that would have obliterated a lesser vessel. Only the crew of Nebesnaya Gora understood that this night would be a loss to the Scions. Steel, molten from the intense heat of the barrage fell from the sky and yet the Khodynka remained in the air, only having lost redundant systems and armour designed to fail without letting worse damage through. As the battle went on, more damage was sustained by both sides. Scions and Commonwealth crew alike sharing a freezing tomb. Only the Nebesnaya Gora remained, damaged but stoic and impressively, still airborne. The Zamiec Battlefleet Set is a perfect way for a Commonwealth player to add Polish-Lithuanian air power to their Dystopian Wars force. The Zameic Skyfortress allows fighters to strike from the skies wherever the Commonwealth needs, Szpada fighters racing towards their target using speed to close range before the enemy can lock on. It is considered a great privilege to be the first to fall into battle. Voivode Heavy Airships provide an array of rockets when needed and are excellent at destroying aerial or surface targets. The Szlachta Recon Airship has access to even more fighters, because for some commodores, there can never be enough. The Stanislaw Drop Airship allows commonwealth ground forces to attack, even where a surface vessel can’t access. The Jadwiga Light Airship and Smok Aerial Destroyer make up the bulk of the Polish-Lithuanian airforce and are seen in fleets of almost any size. Dystopian Wars: Rikhter Battlefleet Set

Mounting the largest naval cannon in the world, the Rikhter class relies on kinetic dampers to absorb the massive recoil from the weapon. A void engine is used to translocate the colossal atomic munitions from a fortified stronghold deep in Siberia. The shockwave alone will utterly pulverise any crewmember foolish enough to be on deck when fired. Pride of the White navy, the Moskva class Heavy Battleships are a potent combination of heavy firepower and crews that exalt the finest traditions of the Commonwealth. With enviable state rooms and extensive supply facilities, the Prezidium is a vital command ship. With these well-armed vessels as flagships, the Admiralty of the White Navy can conduct operations anywhere in the globe with the surety that they are well resourced. Utilising the repulsion field generator obtained by Helsinki Markov in 1856, the Irkutsk Skydrill is often heard approaching, long before it is seen. The buzz of the overcharged field generators and the roar of the Semyenov assault bore spinning up to full speed making a terrifying cacophony. The Selivanenko pattern Aural Dissonance Array (known more commonly as a Shockwave Generator), is a standard weapon on the Giyena. This armoured hovercraft moves rapidly across uneven landscapes, marshland and the open sea to bring this potent device to bear. Dystopian Wars: Alexayev Battlefleet Set

The largest Ekranoplan in the world, the Alexayev is tasked with rapidly deploying small squadrons of hovercraft or even other Ekranoplans to key locations as part of a rapid reaction force. Named after Evgenievich Alexayev, the brilliant engineer who won the Tzar’s wager by proving his proposed design for the Ekranoplan was possible. A brutal addition to the White Navy and favoured by northern Captains, the Khatanga combines a ferocious Semyenov pattern assault bore in the prow with the dreaded cryo Generator. The Dragunov and Stoletov ground effect vehicles were designed by Helsinki Markov himself following his return to the Commonwealth after years studying with the Covenant of the Enlightened. Skimming the surface of the sea, they excel at high-speed rocket attacks and troop transport. Utilising the repulsion field generator obtained by Helsinki Markov in 1856, the Irkutsk Skydrill is often heard approaching, long before it is seen. The buzz of the overcharged field generators and the roar of the Semyenov assault bore spinning up to full speed makes a terrifying cacophony. Utilising the Selivanenko pattern Aural Dissonance Array (known more commonly as a Shockwave Generator), the Giyena moves rapidly across uneven landscapes, marshland and the open sea to bring this potent device to bear. The ‘Morskoi Orel’ roared across the waves at a speed unreasonable for its size. The Alexayev Ekranoplan Heavy Transport is an engineering marvel, a case of mankind’s ingenuity over nature. This was unlike the more esoteric devices of the Covenant of the Enlightened, this was a machine of brute force. Of course, there were lightweight Sturginium alloys involved in its construction but if you put enough rockets on anything, it will go fast. Most of the crew wore ear protectors to help with the deafening noise, even the officers on the bridge needed discrete earplugs to prevent the worst of the thunderous racket. The Alexayev is a vessel that works by the mantra; ‘strike fast, strike hard’. Crashing into battle, unleashing an overwhelming barrage from its multiple Katyusha Salvos and then unloading its cargo of hovercraft, this enormous ekranoplan is often the decisive strike in a Commonwealth naval operation and today would be no exception to that. Contents: 1x Alexayev Ekranoplan Heavy Transport 2x Cruisers (may be built as either Khatanga, Morozko or Pravda Class) 2x Ekranoplan (may be built as either Stoletov or Dragunov) 4x SRS Tokens 2x Skydrills (may be built as either Tunguska, Irkutsk or Saransk Class) 2x Hovercraft (may be built as either Zubr or Giyena Class) 4x Escorts Please Note: Dystopian Wars: Rules, cards, guides and instructions are digital with this product and can be found on the Dystopian Wars website. Dystopian Wars: Marena Battlefleet Set

The Marena Vitruvian Colossus is a wonder of engineering that inspires ice-cold fear in the hearts of the enemies of the Commonwealth. A towering sight on land and no less impressive at sea, it is as versatile as it is imposing. Its Mag-Rail Axe can be used to make crushing attacks that rain down upon enemy vessels or be launched at range causing a magnetic field that can stick a vessel on its current course. This can be particularly troublesome when combined with the Cryo-Generator that stands as the head of the machine, creating icebergs ahead of the opposing craft that it now may find itself impossible to avoid. The Boyar Heavy Frigate packs a surprising punch for its size. Woe betide any captain who mistakes these vessels for a standard frigate. Their combined firepower can be surprisingly devastating if one makes a mistake identifying them. The squadron captains have used this to their advantage by meeting their opponents head on, appearing to be less threatening Rurik Frigates to the unaware, only to turn and show their second gun batteries at the last second where they unleash twice the firepower that was expected. This is often the last mistake that their enemies make. Dystopian Wars: Murmansk Battlefleet Set

Part firebase and part repair yard, a Murmansk allows the Commonwealth to expand its theatres of operation around the globe. Utilising integrated void engine technology acquired by Helsinki Markov, the Murmansk can appear unexpectedly, rising from beneath the waves in a matter of minutes. The engineering teams aboard a Murmansk are so well drilled that they can even make emergency repairs during an engagement. Often an opponent of the Commonwealth thought a key target critically damaged only for the brave teams aboard a nearby Murmansk to keep it in fighting condition. A development on the Murmansk, the Tobolsk Mobile Stronghold is often deployed in the far northern waters where it provides a tactical advantage to the Commonwealth in those isolated freezing seas. Though the void-engines still require many hours to recharge, the element of surprise makes this a uniquely viable technology for these mobile strongholds. Scores of pilots replace the engineers of the Murmansk while launch bays of Cometa fighters are installed instead of repair yards. Despite the discombobulation brought on by the void-engine, all fighters are ready to enter the fray at a moments notice, prepared to launch a lightning offensive catching a target off guard and ill prepared. Volodymyr Nikonov was gifted a modified mobile stronghold by the Tsar and in gratitude he named it after his love, the Tsar's eldest daughter, Anastasia. Based near Novo-Arkhangelsk in Alaska, this vessel is the home base for Nikonov and his Black Wolf Mercenaries. A pinnacle of the stronghold design, the Anastasia is armed with multiple Tri-Railguns, decked in generators and fitted with both repair facilities and bays of Cometa fighters. Fortunately, if you think they can help, the Black Wolf Mercenaries are available to any commodore for a price. However, you'd better hope that someone else hasn't thought of hiring them first. Each Mobile Stronghold is treated as a support vessel so are never seen unaccompanied. Any manner of frontline ships will be sailing alongside but most often will be the Kutsov, the iconic ship of the White Navy seen on recruitment posters throughout the Commonwealth. Dystopian Wars: Akula Battlefleet Set

Flagship of the Black Wolf Mercenary Fleet and commanded by the charismatic Volodymyr Nikonov, the Death Bringer is feared around the globe. Stolen from the Enlightened during a presentation to the Tsar, Nikonov ensured the Death Bringer was an utterly unique masterpiece by destroying the blueprints and setting the shipyards ablaze. Extrapolated by Ukrainian engineers from charred blueprints of the stolen Death Bringer, the Akula is still the most powerful in the Ukrainian Submarine Command. One element that was successfully replicated was the Akulas magnetohydrodynamic drive enabling the boat to approach virtually undetected before striking. Based in Odesa, Ukrainian Submarine Command (UPK) has the lead in subnautical warfare and exploration for the Commonwealth. With an impressive training academy in nearby Zatoka, the UPK provides a steady supply of skilled submariners and vessels like the lethally fast Khyzhak class. Fast and deadly, the Piranya hunter submarines patrol in packs along the Black Sea and the Bering Strait. With a complement of twelve, the Piranya make for a close-knit boat crew, ideal for such vessels with sparse living comforts on month-long duty beneath the waves. Dystopian Wars: Black Wolf Battlefleet Set

Black Wolf is the nickname of the former Russian Commonwealth submariner and Commander of the prototype Death Bringer submarine, Volodymyr Nikonov. Though he usually operates under contract to the Commonwealth he now runs a large and powerful mercenary outfit. Funded, in part, by the Tsar himself, the Black Wolf Company have a reputation for daring assaults and sudden ambushes that make them a force to be feared the world over. Nikonov has a lifestyle and status that he believes befits him. He can see a future where he marries the Tsar’s daughter, Anastasia and claims the throne for himself. When not at court or in action Nikonov operates out of a converted gigantic Murmansk class vessel near Novo-Arkhangelsk. From this fortified harbour-ship he not only has safety but has established a planning room to help with the execution of even more daring raids for pleasure and profit. The Tsar’s favourite story features the Black Wolf in a daring exploit to sink the Union battleship Hornet and Crown carrier Wessex. This attack was all the more thrilling (when Nikonov retells it) as the commanders of the two vessels were allegedly discussing a potential alliance and that the Black Wolf had to infiltrate the heavily-guarded Thames Estuary in London in order to sink them. In between carrying out missions for his future father-in-law, Nikonov has the latitude given to his growing fleet of submarines and assault craft to allow them to be deployed as mercenaries alongside many rival nations around the globe. Each battle adds not only to the coffers of the Black Wolf but also his prestige at court, even when to some observers such raids do little to further the Commonwealth. The Black Wolf Battlefleet Set builds nineteen multi-part plastic and resin miniatures; 1x Anastasia (can alternatively be built as a Murmansk Mobile Stronghold or Tobolsk Mobile Stronghold) 1x Death Bringer (can alternatively be built as an Akula Grand Submarine) 1x Akula Grand Submarine 4x Khyzhak Attack submarines 4x Piranya Hunter Submarines 4x Khatanga Cryo Assault Cruisers (Each Cruiser can alternatively be built as either a Morosko or Pravda Class) 4x Stoletov Ekranoplans 4x SRS Tokens Please Note: Dystopian Wars: Rules, cards, guides and instructions are digital with this product and can be found on the Dystopian Wars website. Dystopian Wars: Mozhayski Battlefleet Set

The colossus that is the Commonwealth is able to draw on the massive resources available to mother Russia in order to build, not only its railways, industrial centres and power plants; but also battleships, airships, tanks and other machines of war in great numbers. The vast New Admiralty Shipyard in Saint Petersburg stretches for almost a mile along the banks of the River Neva, and the forges and factories are constantly producing vessels of all classes. The newer yard located on Vasilyevsky Island, at the mouth of the Neva is almost as industrious, but this newer facility is focused on the most modern of the Commonwealth’s designs. Less than 20 miles west of Saint Petersburg is the Kronstadt Naval Plant. Further south, on the Black Sea sits Sevastopol, a city founded for the sole purpose of building ships for the Commonwealth. All of these industrial centres, along with a myriad of smaller ones, are able to produce significant numbers of warships every year. This is how the might of the Commonwealth has been growing so rapidly of late. The ships of the Commonwealth are constructed of thick hulls and heavy armour, while advanced engines ensure they are still able to keep pace with ships of other nations. Commonwealth naval engineers specialise in the latest ablative armour, and have retro-fitted it to almost all of their legacy fleet. Though the Commonwealth places less emphasis on air support than the other Great Powers, they still appreciate its uses in achieving victory. The Mozhayski Fleet Carriers are integral to this combined arms doctrine and the expansive internal spaces for officers make them preferred command ships for Commodores. Typically accompanying these large carriers are support squadrons of cruisers and Stoletov Ekranoplans. The Pravda Support Carriers are equipped with short flight decks and limited aircraft capacity compared to the Mozhayski, but can launch a supporting screen of fighters or bombers to assist in attack runs. The Morosko Heavy Cryo Cruiser builds on the Norilsk hull design with the integration of an advanced cryo generator capable of forming deadly icebergs in their enemy’s path. The Khatanga Cryo Assault Cruiser is favoured by northern commanders as it takes this art of war one stage further with addition of the ferocious Semyenov pattern assault bore in the prow. The Mozhayski Battlefleet Set builds five multi-part plastic and resin miniatures and 4 Tokens; 1x Mozhayski Class Fleet Carrier 2x Khatanga Class Cruisers Each Cruiser can alternatively be built as either a Morosko or Pravda Class 2x Stoletov Class Ekranoplan 4x SRS Tokens   Please note: Dystopian Wars: Rules, cards, guides and instructions are digital with this product and can be found on the Dystopian Wars website. The main warhorse of the Commonwealth Naval warmachine is the Borodino Class Battleship. These vessels are of solid construction and the first of them to come out of the shipyards are still going strong after almost three decades of service. Bearing a formidable loadout of cannons and equipped with thick ablative armour, the Borodino is able to weather a return volley from the enemy and keep fighting. As a result the Borodino Class are often found in the thick of battle. Battleships are typically accompanied by frontline cruisers, who's durable armour and heavy gun turrets make them solid companions for the fleet. The Norilsk Heavy Cruiser has a distinctive long & sleek silhouette and it's extra turret gives it that little extra firepower needed to hit at larger targets. The mainstay of the frontline cruisers are the Kutsov Class; solid and dependable they can be utilised in any number of operations. The Oleg Class Monitors and Sineus Class Fast Cruisers act as rapid response when speed is more sedated than firepower. In and amongst these larger ships are scattered squadrons of Rurik Frigates, their captains are adroit hunters and enjoy finishing off damaged larger targets. Dystopian Wars: Vauban Battlefleet Set

The Vauban is the largest and the oldest of the early generation levant vessels still in service to the Republique. Photojournalists at the time of her launch captured the Vauban in the imagination of the French people. An indelible image is left of an engineering marvel hanging majestically low in the sky, sending waves of her heroic fighters and bombers to victory. It is said that in the weeks following the public showing of the first Vauban Sky -Fortress, French military recruitment centres reported a 22% increase in people signing up. Requests for an assignment within the Service Aeronautique were so prevalent that public relations officers had to be brought in to veer the public into positions that were more needed. Young recruits were persuaded into infantry roles with the promise that it might lead to an assault position on a Levant cruiser with promotion to a Vauban on the horizon. These things, while certainly possible, were in reality quite unlikely. Many a lucky pilot would rise to the fortunate position of crewing a Frelon Bomber. These incredible aircraft seem impossibly large when standing next to one, so much so that the wings were designed to fold in order to fit them aboard carriers; even the mighty Vauban can only carry limited squadrons. The significant payload of the Frelon bomber allows them to cause serious damage to enemy fortifications as well as the largest capital ships and armoured divisions. Now the Vauban has the reputation of having the best of the best crews among the Service Aeronautique. While a small percentage of those original recruits have found their way to their dream positions, those that have got there have done so with hard work, dedication, and a not-insignificant amount of luck. This luck has rubbed off on the Vauban class, with each one having a story of defeating seemingly insurmountable odds. At least, that’s what the publicists say. "The Couronne Grand Carrier is a masterpiece of form entwined with function. Girders and domes more at home in Parisian architecture than on machines of war are accentuated by extravagant filigree to the fore. This grandeur is backed up by engineering that befits a war machine of her stature. The hull has been reinforced with lightweight yet durable alloys devised by metallurgists at Mont Saint-Michel. Wings of Malinois Strike Fighters are safely stored in her shapely belly, waiting to be unleashed against the enemy, with expert pilots having been trained in reconnaissance and the clearance of naval mines. Some of you may have even been fortunate to see La Dame Liberte. A glorious sight, she will be sure to inspire our sailors and strike dread in the hearts of those who oppose us. Again, her use is as important as her looks with a Solex generator being hidden under the folds of her robes. Dystopian Wars: Minerva Battlefleet Set

It was a small unnamed island, part of an unremarkable chain. Uninhabited. If there were anyone there they would have been treated to a glorious sight. A formation of Malinois Strike Fighters soared above the battlefleet, pilots seeing far into the distance thanks to their elevated position. The triangular craft were only visible as specks by the crewmen below and would have gone unnoticed to the wildlife of the island. Even the men of the fleet who did see made no mention of it as they were far too busy preparing for the oncoming violence. Next came a squadron of Gladius Cruisers, flanked by Cestus Zebeks, livery freshly painted as a point of pride. They were swiftly followed by Pugio Destroyers, ready to change formation at a moments notice and unleash a surprising amount of firepower. After that came the flagship, a Minerva Assault Carrier, from which had launched the fighters circling overhead. She was the ‘Giornata Gloriosa’, the fluid lines of her decorated hull reflecting the sunlight. The flightdeck had more Malinois prepared to launch once the enemy was spotted while cranes and docking mechanisms were stowed away, ready to release the moment a cruiser pulled alongside for emergency repairs. Dystopian Wars: Mars Battlefleet Set

The Mars class heavy battleships are the pride of the League of Italian States. The Tetrarchy know the worth of these powerful vessels and not a single one weighs anchor unless they are convinced that it is Italy's needs and not the vainglories of Napoleon that are best served by doing so. Pride of the Castellammare di Stabia shipyards, the Gladius is a superb vessel. Optimised for long sea voyages with comfortable crew berths and excellent fresh-water reclamation systems, the Gladius is a popular assignment in the Regia Marina. Variants on this hull design also fulfil other fleet roles as and when required, the most successful of these being the mighty Spatha. Used where other nations might deploy a heavy cruiser, the Spatha is a naval brawler. Capable of exchanging fire with powerful enemy vessels and holding their own, the Spatha crews prefer to do so while closing to ramming range. Contents: 1x Mars Class Battleship 2x Italian Cruisers (may be built as either Gladius, Spatha, Auxillia or Pilum) 4x Frigates 4x Escort Tokens Please Note: Dystopian Wars: Rules, cards, guides and instructions are digital with this product and can be found on the Dystopian Wars website. Dystopian Wars: Oriflamme Battlefleet Set

At the heart of the Alliance battleline can be found the Oriflamme Battlecrusier. Thoroughly modernised from the hulls of ageing Prince de Joinville class Battleships, the Oriflamme are the pride of the Republique. As much a work of art as a Battlecruiser, even enemy crews can't help but be impressed by the lines and craftsmanship of an Oriflamme cutting through the waves. Even the Oriflamme, as elegant as it may be, cannot engage an enemy fleet alone, and so relies on support cruisers to assist. The Chevalier Class Cruisers are the mainstay of Alliance cruisers and are able to launch screens of torpedoes in a wide range of fire arcs, as well as lay down heat lances or rocket batteries, when necessary. The Charlemagne Heavy Cruiser is bristling with guns, primed and ready to unleash hell on the enemies of the Alliance. Crews are rightly proud of their positions on these ships knowing that often they are being relied upon to deal with an engagement as quickly as possible. Loire Light Cruisers are at the forefront of Alliance Battlefleets and as such often the first to engage with the enemy. They provide screening and reconnaissance for the rest of the battlefleet and any commodore worth his salt will know how to make best use of any Loire's under their command. Captains of Picardy Monitors understand their role to guard the rivers and waterways of Europe, and further afield, from invaders. While they may not be the most heavily armed of ships, they have the perfect balance of firepower and ability to operate in shallow waters. Crews are reminded that they are often the last line of defence for civilians and as such are assigned from recruits hailing from inland towns and cities. This ensures they understand what is truly at stake should an enemy vessel get past them and into Alliance territory. Multiple squadrons of these stalwart craft accompany Alliance Battlefleets. Ecuyere can defend the flanks as well as grouping their attacks against key targets of opportunity. The Oriflamme Battlefleet Set kit builds seven multi-part plastic and resin miniatures; 1x Oriflamme Battlecruiser 2x Cruiser (can be built as either a Loire, Picardy, Chevalier or Charlemagne Class ship) 4x Ecuyere Frigate Please note: Dystopian Wars: Rules, cards, guides and instructions are digital with this product and can be found on the Dystopian Wars website. Miniatures are supplied unpainted, and some assembly may be required.
