  • Gamers Guild AZ Sunrise Tornado Fork (Pocket Edition) (Pre-Order) GTS

    Fork (Pocket Edition)

F.O.R.K. offers a blend of simplicity and strategy, making it accessible to a wide range of players, from children to those unfamiliar with trick-taking games. The rules are straightforward—players follow the suit called by the active player or play a wild fox card. However, the strategic depth emerges as players decide when to use their cards to maximize their chances of capturing animals or protecting their kale. The need to think several steps ahead and anticipate opponents' moves adds a layer of strategy that keeps the game engaging, even as players become more experienced.FEATURES★ The game’s core mechanic revolves around the food chain concept, where each animal card can potentially capture another. After all cards are played in a trick, they are revealed and resolved from highest to lowest, with the fox potentially capturing an owl or rabbit, the owl preying on the rabbit, and so on. This mechanic creates an interactive dynamic where players must carefully consider not only their own cards but also predict and counter the moves of their opponents. The food chain mechanic adds tension and excitement, as every card played can alter the outcome of the trick.★ F.O.R.K. offers multiple paths to scoring, allowing players to tailor their strategies based on the cards in hand. Players can score points by capturing animals in the food chain or by ensuring their kale survives the trick. The possibility of multiple players scoring in a single trick adds complexity, as players must balance offense and defense—playing to win their own points while also trying to prevent others from scoring. This system keeps the game competitive and ensures that no player is ever truly out of the running, as a well-timed play can swing the score dramatically.★ With its easy-to-learn rules and engaging theme, F.O.R.K. is designed to be enjoyed by players of all ages. The game’s use of a food chain teaches basic ecological concepts in a fun and interactive way, making it an excellent educational tool for children. The game encourages strategic thinking, planning, and the development of social skills as players must consider their opponents' potential moves. Its family-friendly nature makes it an ideal choice for game nights, where players of different ages and experience levels can enjoy playing together.★ F.O.R.K. is designed to accommodate a versatile player count, supporting anywhere from 2 to 6 players. This flexibility makes it suitable for various settings, whether it's a one-on-one duel or a larger group gathering. The game scales well with the number of players, maintaining its strategic depth and excitement regardless of the player count. This versatility ensures that F.O.R.K. remains a staple in any board game collection, as it can easily be adapted to suit different group sizes and preferences, providing a consistently enjoyable experience.CONTENTS• 60 cards• 1 rulebookCONTENTS• 4 Garden boards• 71 Garden tiles• 1 Field board• 40 Bees• 1 Sun marker• 3 Solo mode tokens• 1 Scoring pad• 1 cloth bag• 1 rulebook

  • Gamers Guild AZ Dragon Dawn Productions White Hat Bridge Distribution

    White Hat

White Hat pits 1-6 players against each other, as they try to prove their worth as a hacker, picking holes in the World’s toughest security measures, to ensure the protection of sensitive data. At its heart, the game employs a trick-taking mechanic that incorporates many additional elements not found in regular trick-taking games, thus creating numerous twists and turns every round. White Hat comes with separate, dedicated solo and 2-player modes. As the players attempt to prove their worth, they will attempt to win tricks by playing cards from their hand. If they win a trick they can then move one of their hats on the board through the maze of FBI servers, internet cafes, and digital tracers in order to reach the Critical Asset and end the game. However, players should not always rush to the end as points are scored at the end of each round depending on what spaces their hats are on, and the lowest score is the winner.

  • Gamers Guild AZ Weird City Games Fibonachos (Pre-Order) AGD

    Fibonachos

Fibonachos is an exciting card game that combines amazing Mexican cuisine with the intriguing world of math and engaging trick-taking gameplay to make something incredibly unique. Two to five players are dealt cards of three different suits, and they must play tricks with suits of the same color. The highest card wins the trick unless the trump cards are activated. This is when things get really hot: the trump cards follow the Fibonacci sequence numbers, and this math sequence could also affect the final score. The final sum of the players points may increase depending on whether they hit the Fibonacci numbers, which adds a very important strategic layer to the endgame. While the objective is to amass the highest score, the strategy involves much more than mere trick-winning, offering a stimulating intellectual challenge. Sometimes, it is better not to win a trick than to try to get an exact Fibonacci number as your total score and get some important bonus points.
