Signal (Pre-Order)

Players take on the roles of Experts seeking to understand the Alien player, who is seeking to be understood. The Experts will create and transmit signals to the Alien, who has certain rules for how to respond that must be deduced by the Experts. On a turn, the Experts arrange black and white pieces on a mat, discussing and debating how and what to send. Once finished, the Alien then replies by using pre-set rules only they can see to add, remove, and adjust the signal. The Experts try to guess the pre-set rules to win cooperatively with the Alien. After succeeding at the first round, Experts then reset and continue with the same Alien, except new rules are in play on top of the previous ones. Players must work through three rounds to solve an Alien, and complete this challenge of communication and logic.

By playing cards, you change numerous aspects of the game: how to draw cards, how to play cards, and even how to win. At the start of the game, each player holds three cards and on a turn a player draws one card, then plays one card. By playing cards, you can put new rules into play that change numerous aspects of the game: how many cards to draw or play, how many cards you can hold in hand or keep on the table in front of you, and (most importantly) how to win the game. In Mystery Fluxx, a slew of detectives is trying to solve the mystery by collecting clues, examining locations, finding weapons, and sussing out secrets...all without being eliminated themselves! The game's artwork, actions, and card titles allude to favorite mystery characters and plotlines, including Clue, Sherlock Holmes, Murder on the Orient Express, The Maltese Falcon, Dragnet, Columbo, Monk, Murder She Wrote, Matlock, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, investigative teams such as CSI, NCIS, and Law & Order, and teen detectives such as Scooby Doo, Nancy Drew, The Hardy Boys, Encyclopedia Brown, and the Enid Blyton characters. Mystery Fluxx features a larger-than-normal number of card types: Meta Rules, Keepers, Creepers, Goals, New Rules, Actions, Surprises, Dangers (which eliminate you for one turn), and a brand new card type: Secrets!

Dates and product details are subject to change as new information from the manufacturer is updated. Kingless is a fast-paced, easy to learn, hard to master card game. Kingless is designed to capture the imagination as you and 1-5 friends compete for the highest score while sabotaging each other using Dwarf themed cards with rich varied artwork that brings the game to life. Each player has a hand composed of Dwarves, Events and Items drawing from the deck each turn or when certain cards are played. Dwarves and Items have an associated score which when in play counts towards a player's total score. Events can be used to remove other players' Dwarves or even make them your own. Turns are taken sequentially until an end game condition is reached, leaving all players a final turn to either push for the highest score or drag their friends down to their level.
