An ages-old game of intrigue, guile and deduction for two players. You are the silent hand. One of 8 unwitting pawns will be your key to securing ultimate power. But your rival hides their own machinations to challenge you. Can you deduce their identity and eliminate them? Remove three key political targets? Or simply waltz in undetected and seize the throne? ENTHRONE is an abstract, two-player deduction game. The roughly octagonal, diecut board is ringed by 8 beautifully crafted figures, busts representing the potential heir to the throne; the reigning King, the Priestess, the Knight, the Jester, the Demon, the Assassin, the Archer and the Wizard. Each player is dealt three identity cards, each showing one of the above pawns. You will choose one whom you intend to Enthrone. You also know the other two identities you did not choose - are not the identity of your opponent. They have the same knowledge - and two identities are left forever unknown by any player. You win if you can advance your pawn to the throne space at the center of the board. OR you can win by deducing who your opponent is and capturing and eliminating their pawn. OR you can have the three target identities listed on the bottom of your card eliminated from the game (by you or your opponent's handiwork). But the magic of the game is which pieces can be activated each turn - and what they are capable of, based on their position on the tile track. Hex Tiles on the bottom three positions are locked and cannot be moved. The top five can move by placing the tile on the bottom of the Hex tiles and pushing all tiles above it up one notch. Tiles in the top two spaces are the only ones capable of capturing and eliminating a piece. Tiles in the top three positions are the only once who can be moved to the Throne space (so long as it is YOUR pawn). Manipulating and strategizing how to move and position these tiles to suit your agenda is critical. Keeping your identity secret, while unveiling your opponents is the tension.An abstract strategy game like no other - and absolutely stunning on the table. Black Rose Wars: Rebirth is the second chapter in the Black Rose Wars series. Even though 25 years have passed after the Lodge was destroyed, Mages have not forgotten the Old Ways. The Black Rose calls to them. They return to the Lodge to repair and rebuild the glory of the Black Rose who still imbues every inch of the place, to hold their tournament to name the Crown Holder of the lodge for the following century. The Black Rose demands a champion. Every player represents a Mage in this struggle to prove themselves as the true beholder of the Black Rose's power. The mages will program spells to their board and execute them in turn order. When a mage finally succumbs to their wounds, they will die and return to their room. This disrupts position and planning but no mage is ever out of the fight! Black Rose Wars: Rebirth plays well with 1-4 players and is best played with lots of players for even more interaction. The expansions add a very large amount of options for replayability as well. Rumors of the Wild Hunt riders are spreading more and more often from various sides. A ghostly cavalcade traverses the night sky, spreading fear in people's hearts. There are rumors of missing children. Stories about the impending plague of crop failure. And about the upcoming war. The Wild Hunt is a large expansion, introducing a completely new mode of the game - cooperative mode. It allows also for a full solo experience. This time, players will have to face off against fearsome warriors from another dimension, known as Wild Hunt Riders, either together or alone. The Wild Hunt expansion is a significant change for the game's structure - players, instead of moving in turn in their turns, simultaneously move around the board, which takes the planning to a new dimension! Meeting another player does not lead to a fight, but it may result in joint training or exchange of gold, potions, and valuable information about the monsters in the area. The game is played through several rounds, and at the end of each round, the Wild Hunt summons new monsters or Hounds and moves around the board attacking players. At the end of the game, players will face the greatest challenge, a duel with one of the greatest Wild Hunt warriors, the mighty Eredin. All players take part in the final clash, trying to overcome the opponent together - Eredin, however, has a set of unique, powerful attacks that make the fight especially difficult.
