Enter the world of Flamecraft, where artisan dragons roam the streets! The beloved (and adorable!) game of dragon shopkeepers was nominated for several game of the year awards, and Flamecraft Duals is no different. The game is bite sized but packs a punch, with a duration of just half an hour. Read on to learn more about the game and get some strategies for success.

Flamecraft Duals is a quick and easy-to-learn strategy game for one to two players with a beautiful box that transforms into a board. The art is stunningly designed by the original Flamecraft artist and complements the simple, approachable gameplay well. Each turn, players draw dragon tokens at random and place them strategically across the board to form patterns that match shop cards, which score that player points. The colorful dragons at your disposal all have unique abilities which players may utilize on their turns to enhance their strategies.
Plan ahead to create your patterns. Remember that dragons can only be stacked to a total of three, so you'll have to place your dragons strategically to ensure your opponent doesn't block you or otherwise hinder your plans. Conversely, it's not a bad idea to counterplay if you think your opponent is placing tiles in search of a particular pattern! Some patterns will show two of the same color in a row, so placing tiles in the way to block them off can be a powerful maneuver to ensure more points for yourself.
