Learning a new game shouldn’t feel like a solo quest. Rulebooks can be dense, and tutorial videos sometimes raise more questions than they answer. That’s why we created Learn to Play Fest, a full-day celebration of learning, playing, and community.
On Saturday, July 5, from 11am to 7pm, Gamers Guild North Phoenix will transform into a hands-on hub for curious minds and new players. Whether you're just getting started in tabletop games or looking to branch out from your usual favorites, this free event is designed to meet you at your level. Our Community Ambassadors will be on-site throughout the day to lead 30-minute guided learning sessions for over 20 different games, including beloved staples like Flesh and Blood, Marvel Champions, and Dice Throne, as well as brand-new or unreleased titles like Riftbound: League of Legends TCG, Gundam TCG, and Apex Legends: The Board Game.
No experience necessary, no cost to attend, just show up and try something new. Whether you're into card duels, tactical minis, cooperative storytelling, or fast-paced arena combat, there’s a table waiting for you.
