Play Space

At GG, we are offering a place where people are able to enjoy their favorite hobbies and past times with a high level of event and community support. As you can imagine, this puts a premium on space. As a result, due to high demand, we will only be accepting reservations for our Premium Room Rentals.

Photography

Participation in our events may result in your photograph being taken for promotion on the Gamers Guild website, social media and literature. Some game companies also require photographs of our events for Organized Play support. They may use those images in their marketing efforts as well. By participating in our events you are agreeing to let your image be used as described above. If you have a concern about this policy please speak to the Event Organizer running the event.

Buy/Sell on Premise

We acknowledge that buy/sell occurs at all times with our community, and is frequently done so in an unsafe manner (unmonitored parking lots/alleys). Due to this, we will ALLOW transactions to occur on premise at the designated buy/sell table ONLY. You may NOT promote or solicit this while on premise (see below). It MUST be pre-arranged prior to coming to the store.

Promotion & Solicitation

Conducting  any other business without the express permission in writing from Gamers Guild Management is disrespectful of the community and the guild itself. This includes the promotion of buying or selling of cards, games or other items including any form of purchase or sales and event promotion for any personal gain or any other venue.  Doing so without express written permission is strictly prohibited and grounds for expulsion from any event and/or denial of entry for any and all future events at the sole discretion of Gamers Guild Staff.

Outside Food/Beverages

Allowed! We encourage you to purchase food & drink options from the store to support us. If you’d like us to stock certain food/drink, please email a request to generalmanager@gamersguildaz.com.

In Store Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original purchased condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement or an exchange.

$5 Minimum

$5 minimum charge on credit and debit purchases.

Pet Policy

No Pets Allowed. Leashed and licensed service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.*
