We store your product, fulfill orders, and handle the operational work of getting your game into customer hands.

For publishers who need reliable logistics and fulfillment without having to build a warehouse, hire a team, integrate carriers, and manage all the operational complexity that comes with it, this is the path.

With the Product Payment Program (PPP), you're able to pay for your publisher services with product (subject to underwriting), dramatically lowering your out of pocket costs, compared to other, traditional quoted services.

Our Fulfillment Guarantee

Gamers Guild guarantees fulfillment on deadlines, up to 7,200 orders per 24 hours surge capacity. 

Not only are we quick, but we are reliable. We guarantee that your orders and shipments will have an error rate below 2%, compared to the 3% error rate of other large fulfillment services available. Our average error rate in 2025 was 0.4%. 

We pride ourselves on responsiveness at every level. Every client communication receives a response within one business day. Every order moves within our committed window. These are not aspirations. They are standards we hold ourselves to. If you choose to outsource customer service to us, we adhere to these same standards. 

If we fall short of our promised service standards, we will refund the applicable portion of your invoices labor. We believe a good partner stands behind their work, and we mean it.

We can also fulfill to international addresses at your direction. For overseas shipments we generally recommend arranging direct drop-ship from your manufacturer to the destination, as that is typically faster and more cost effective than routing international freight through our warehouse. We are happy to discuss what makes the most sense for your needs.

Product Payment Program

For select publishers, we offer the Product Payment Program, an expanded commercial structure that includes a discount on 3PL services, enhanced marketing support, inventory allocation with cash flow support, and the ability to satisfy invoices with product rather than cash.
