This is our publisher-facing logistics and fulfillment framework for indie games and growing product lines that need dependable U.S. storage, order handling, and operational support without needing to build that infrastructure alone.

We built it specifically to be practical, approachable, and useful for smaller publishers.

What It Is

3PL & Fulfillment Services is a two-path support model for publishers who need warehousing and fulfillment help in the United States.

Both paths are built around the same core belief:

Indie publishers deserve access to serious operational support before they are large enough to build it all themselves.

The difference is how much strategic support sits around the inventory once it is here.

Why We Offer This

We think smaller publishers deserve better options.

A good game should not have to wait until it is large, overbuilt, or heavily staffed before it can access dependable logistics and fulfillment support.

Warehousing and fulfillment are not glamorous, but they matter. They affect speed, reliability, customer confidence, retailer confidence, and whether a growing publisher can scale without burning itself out operationally.

Quality logistics and fulfillment support should not be reserved only for the biggest companies.

Pure 3PL

Pure 3PL is the straightforward version.

In this model, we act as your third party logistics and fulfillment partner. We receive your product, store it, track it, and fulfill orders at your direction.

This is the right fit if you primarily need dependable warehouse space, order handling, and U.S.-based logistics support, without asking us to actively build ongoing retail sell-through around the product.

In plain terms, this is warehousing and fulfillment, kept clean and simple.

3PL & Omni Channel Support

3PL & Omni Channel Support is the more integrated version.

In this model, we do not just store and ship your product. We also support a designated portion of that inventory through Gamers Guild’s retail channels, marketing infrastructure, and customer audience in a structured, responsible way.

That means stable U.S. warehousing, direct fulfillment capability, premium product placement, included ad support, and a real channel partner working to keep your product visible, accessible, and available over time.

When supported inventory sells through Gamers Guild’s own retail channels, standard fulfillment charges are waived, and monthly storage costs may be fully offset or waived based on supported sell-through.

This path is designed for publishers who want more than storage. They want a long term operational partner who can help create steadier market access by keeping product available for sale consistently, using customer access controls when needed, so more players across the United States can access it over a longer period of time.

Done right, this process should help your brand grow to the point where distributors are actively soliciting you for product allocations. That is success. At that point, you may, by design, outgrow this program, or you may choose to continue both. Either outcome is a win, and exactly the kind of growth we want to help support.

Our goal is to lower the barrier, not raise it.

Important Clarification

These services are third party logistics, fulfillment, and channel support services. They are not distribution services, and we do not offer distribution services.

Under both service lanes, the publisher retains control of its product, inventory program, and overall market strategy. Gamers Guild is not acting as a distributor, is not taking on a blanket obligation to purchase product for resale into the broader market, and is not serving as an exclusive U.S. distribution partner.

Under Pure 3PL, our role is simple. We receive, store, track, and fulfill inventory at your direction, within North America.

Under 3PL & Omni Channel Support, our role is broader, but still not distribution. We may store, fulfill, market, and sell designated inventory through Gamers Guild’s own retail channels as part of a structured support program tied to specific inventory, specific support obligations, and agreed operational requirements. That can include product visibility, marketing support, launch coordination, customer access controls, and reserved inventory requirements for supported SKUs.

If your title grows to the point where broader wholesale or distribution relationships make sense, we are happy to recommend trusted distribution partners. That would be a separate path, outside this program. We do not offer distribution services.
