Congratulations to our friends at Forks and Boards who will be celebrating one year of their Chef's Movie Nights series! They've had a big year, and came a long way. What started out as a fun way for our kitchen staff to get creative and connect with some of our favorite movies has turned into a twice-monthly event our whole community looks forward to.
This month Forks and Boards is celebrating by "remastering" Spirited Away for their one year anniversary. With a year to refine their processes, get to know the audience, and fix a few technical bugs here and there, they're looking forward to taking another shot at their movie inspired menu.
