Neuroscape TCG is coming to Gamers Guild! On Apr. 4th, learn the game from the publisher firsthand at L2P Fest. Neuroscape is one of our two headliners, so get an introduction to the game from one of its creators, Alex Meader, before you join our Sealed Deck League. That's right, our Neuroscape TCG Sealed Deck League kicks off on Apr. 8th at both our Tempe location and our North Phoenix store. Read on to find out how you can get involved!
The Neuroscape Sealed Deck League is your opportunity to build and evolve your deck over four weeks while competing with other local Neuroscape players. The league takes a structured, limited-deck format and is the perfect opportunity for new players to get more involved with Neuroscape, as well as a great chance for seasoned players to hone their skills.
The Tempe Neuroscape TCG League meets on Sundays at our Tempe location, while the North Phoenix Neuroscape TCG League meets on Tuesdays in North Phoenix.
You'll register at the store where you'll be participating in the league. So, if you're planning on attending the league in North Phoenix, you'll sign up there! If Tempe is more convenient, you can sign up at our Tempe store. You can also purchase a league ticket online and give the order number to a Guild Service Representative at your chosen store to complete registration.
You can enter the league for a reduced cost of $67 if you have your own unmodified Starter Deck to use. Without a deck, the cost to enter is $80. Once payment is received, you'll receive your Starter Kit and League Pool Registration Sheet.
You'll receive one of six Neuroscape TCG Starter Decks: Mainframe Meltdown (Hacker), Circuit Surge (Cybernetic), Blood Money (Corpo), Static Storm (Dustrunner), Digital Divination (Mystic), or Sonic Slaughter (Thrasher).
Your Starter Deck will include the following:
In addition to this, you'll receive one Neuroscape TCG Booster Pack.
Please note that if you opted into the reduced entry cost for the League, you will not receive a Starter Deck with your Starter Kit. Your Starter Deck must be the 76-card unmodified Starter Deck.
Yes! Each week, you may trade 6 Commons, 2 Uncommons, 1 Rare, and 1 Quantum Rare. Trades must be the same rarity, and you may not trade with the same person two weeks in a row. Traded cards must be registered on a trade slip and reported to staff with both participants present.
You'll be assigned two opponents each week. We recommend that you meet at our weekly meetups, but you're welcome to meet with your opponent at any mutually agreed-upon time.
You'll receive one point per match played and one point per match won, to a maximum of 16 points over the four-week period. Prizing is based on the number of points you earn over the course of the League. You may only prize out at the tier that you meet. Prizing will be awarded upon completion of the league.
The following prize cards will also be awarded to the top three players of the league:
All players will receive the following promo cards for their participation:
And that's all you need to know! Special thanks to Neuroscape TCG for headlining L2P Fest. We look forward to seeing you there and building our Neuroscape community!
