Previously completed models may not be entered. Models must be purchased from Gamers Guild, begin the competition sealed then assembled, painted, and submitted from scratch.
Contest entry indicates permission for Gamers Guild to photograph entries and show them in all public media both online and print.
Judges determine the final category placement of all entries and can change before or during judging, following our outlined base sizing guidelines, with no notification to the entrant.
Models not picked up within 2 weeks after receiving the email notification that your submitted model is ready for pickup will be considered donated to Gamers Guild.
By submitting your model for the contest, you agree to Gamers Guild holding your model for display for 4-6 weeks once the judging process begins.
