BSI - Quik-Cure Epoxy
QUIK-CURE™ 5 min. Epoxy is an equal two-part hobby adhesive that forms high strength bonds through a chemical reaction between the resin and hardener. The cured epoxy is resistant to most chemicals. QUIK-CURE™ is the least temperature sensitive of our epoxies. It will cure in temperatures down to 40˚F. Temperatures above 90˚F shorten the working time before the epoxy begins to set up from 5 to less than 4 minutes. QUIK-CURE™ bonds best to clean, textured surfaces. Smooth, non-porous surfaces should be roughened with coarse sandpaper to improve adhesion. Acetone and Isopropyl rubbing alcohol work as the best solvents for cleaning uncured epoxy from surfaces. QUIK-CURE’S™ lack of brittleness allows it to form lasting bonds on materials as different as balsa wood and glass; however, it is not recommended for areas subject to long-term immersion in water. Cured QUIK-CURE™ can be coated with polyester resin without affecting the curing of the resin. Full cure in less than 15 minutes.

Acrylic colors for all kinds of Fantasy, Wargames and Sci-Fi figures. The new formula increases ultra-fine pigment loading, improves opacity and provides exceptional adhesion on previously primed surfaces of plastic, resin or metal figures and models. It is recommended to apply the Primer in various layers; the product dries rapidly and forms a homogenous film of extraordinary strength and resistance within a few hours after application. Surface Primer can be used directly or diluted with Vallejo Airbrush Thinner of Flow Improver. The recommended compressor settings are around 15-20 PSI or 0.5 to 1 kg. For best maintenance of the airbrush, it is recommended to use the Vallejo Airbrush Cleaner.Safety:Surface Primer is not flammable, and does not contain solvents.
