Vallejo: 70.605 Surface Primer - German Red Brown
Surface Primer is available in a range of basic shades most frequently employed to prepare the surface of the model or miniature before starting the painting process. Primers can be applied on all surfaces, resin, PVC, brass, white metal or wood. The primer preserving even the smallest detail of a model, and improves the adherence of the colors applied on this base. It is recommended to apply the Primer in various layers; the product dries rapidly and forms a homogenous film of extraordinary strength and resistance within a few hours after application. QUIK-CURE™ 5 min. Epoxy is an equal two-part hobby adhesive that forms high strength bonds through a chemical reaction between the resin and hardener. The cured epoxy is resistant to most chemicals. QUIK-CURE™ is the least temperature sensitive of our epoxies. It will cure in temperatures down to 40˚F. Temperatures above 90˚F shorten the working time before the epoxy begins to set up from 5 to less than 4 minutes. QUIK-CURE™ bonds best to clean, textured surfaces. Smooth, non-porous surfaces should be roughened with coarse sandpaper to improve adhesion. Acetone and Isopropyl rubbing alcohol work as the best solvents for cleaning uncured epoxy from surfaces. QUIK-CURE’S™ lack of brittleness allows it to form lasting bonds on materials as different as balsa wood and glass; however, it is not recommended for areas subject to long-term immersion in water.
