There are lots of events being hosted at Gamers Guild, including our own! Just in case your event is requested to be held at one of our busier times, please provide two alternative dates and times so we can accommodate you to the best of our ability.

Fridays and Saturdays are especially busy, if you select these times be aware you Community Manager may propose new times to facilitate your needs.

Gamers Guild offers private rooms for your Gathering. Each room comes with a large table and plenty of seating, as well as plenty of charge ports for all your gadgets.

Whether you're hosting at Forks and Boards or Gamers Guild, your Gathering will have access to an award winning kitchen that can accommodate almost any dietary need.

How Can We Help With Payment Support?

Gamers Guild can help with payment support! Just tell us the cost of your event and we'll make sure our cash registers can ring people through and provide receipts. 30 days after your event, we'll reimburse you whatever your guests bought as an entry fee. In exchange we'll take 7% to pay our employees and credit card processors.

We're truly grateful that you've chosen to have your Gathering here at Gamers Guild, and we want to make sure our community knows about it. We also understand that it can be difficult to help get the word out and promote your event, which is why we offer additional support if necessary.
