• If you’re not physically present within 5 minutes of the posted start time, your seat may be given to someone on the waitlist, even if you called ahead.
• Game 1 OR Round 1 losses will still apply if you are late and still allowed to participate (at the sole discretion of the TO's and may vary from game to game)
• If your seat is given away, you’ll receive a full refund within 3 business days, and are NOT eligibile for any promos or giveaways.
• Anyone on the waitlist must pay before sitting down, no exceptions—even if things are moving fast.

End of Round Procedure for Swiss: The player who went second has the final turn of play or 10 minutes elapses, whichever comes first. When time in overtime is called, Players may continue play until the current form resolves.
