Participants may use Oshi holomem, holomem, and Spot holomem cards of talents featured in Booster Pack Enchant Regalia in their deck construction. Participants may also choose to include cards of featured talents in Booster Pack Enchant Regalia that are distributed outside the Booster Pack.
*Other card types, for example Support cards, are to follow standard deck construction rules.

- As Usada Pekora is a featured talent in Booster Pack Enchant Regalia, participants may choose to use “Usada Pekora” cards found in Booster Pack Enchant Regalia and Booster Pack Blooming Radiance in their deck construction.
