Madagascar Menu
Table Set — “Julien’s Jungle Chop”
A bright island chopped salad bursting with red onion , sweet peppers, and cherry tomatoes tossed with romaine, finished with pineapple mango vinaigrette and strawberries. Fresh, colorful, and fit for a self-proclaimed king.
App — “Island Sunset Tartine”
Toasted French loaf layered with creamy Brie, thinly sliced apple, strawberries, and a drizzle of blueberry bourbon reduction kissed with honey. Sweet, savory, and just dramatic enough for a royal announcement.
Soup — “Savanna Garden Stew”
A rustic tomato and vegetable stew filled with zucchini, eggplant, peppers, onions, and garlic, simmered with warm herbs and finished with olive oil and fresh basil. Bold, comforting, and ready for the wild.
Entrée — “Alex’s Island Feast”
A tender fillet of salmon gently roasted and finished with fragrant dill, rosemary, and thyme butter, served alongside creamy couscous folded with cheese and crisp salt-and-pepper asparagus. Bright, fresh, and big-flavor bold — because even a city lion can learn to love island life.
Dessert — “Penguins’ Sweet Escape”
A warm brownie topped with strawberry custard, cookie crumbles, and playful candy accents — a fun and slightly mischievous tribute to our favorite flippered masterminds.
