That gap is exactly why we created 3PL & Fulfillment Services.

Reliable warehousing. Fast fulfillment. Inventory visibility. A trusted U.S. partner who can help hold things together while your game grows.

Important: We are not distributors and do not engage in B2B Fulfillment. We do not offer distribution services, and this program is not a replacement for distribution. We can store product, fulfill orders, and ship at your direction/instruction, but we do not automate or manage distributor style programs on your behalf. We CAN automate B2C on your behalf (sales to consumer)

If you need true distribution level services, we are happy to refer you to one of the six established distributors in North America that best fits your needs.

We will NEVER move into B2B/Distribution. Our Mission lies with bringing safe inclusive gaming to everyone, which means our mission lies with Organized Play, FLGS locations, and the community at large, directly. 

This is our publisher facing a logistics and fulfillment framework for indie games and growing product lines that need dependable U.S. storage, order handling, and operational support while they grow into distribution without needing to build that infrastructure alone.

We built it specifically to be practical, approachable, and useful for smaller publishers.

What It Is

3PL & Fulfillment Services is our warehousing, fulfillment, and channel support program for publishers who need stable U.S. operational support.

For most publishers, the ideal structure is simple. We store your product, fulfill orders fast, and actively sell designated inventory across Gamers Guild's full omnichannel retail network while marketing your game directly to our existing customer base.

That means more than warehouse space. It means infrastructure, guaranteed order handling, product visibility, hard marketing support, and a real operating partner who is financially motivated to move your product over time.

If you do not want Omnichannel Support, we can still provide straightforward fee based 3PL services. But for most indie publishers, Omnichannel is where the relationship becomes meaningfully stronger.

Our Fulfillment Guarantee

We take fulfillment seriously enough to put money behind it.

Gamers Guild guarantees fulfillment of up to 1,000 orders per 24 hours as our standard operating commitment (with 30 days notice). During launch surges or high-volume periods, we can triple that capacity to 3,000 orders per 24 hours with further advance notice, at no additional cost to you.

We pride ourselves on responsiveness at every level. Every client communication receives a response within one business day. Every order moves within our committed window. These are not aspirations. They are standards we hold ourselves to.

If we fall short of our promised service standards, we will refund the applicable portion of your invoice. We believe a good partner stands behind their work, and we mean it.

Why We Offer This

We think smaller publishers deserve better options.

A good game should not have to wait until it is large, overbuilt, or heavily staffed before it can access dependable logistics and fulfillment support.

Warehousing and fulfillment are not glamorous, but they matter. They affect speed, reliability, customer confidence, retailer confidence, and whether a growing publisher can scale without burning itself out operationally.

Quality logistics and fulfillment support should not be reserved only for the biggest companies.

We want to help good publishers grow on stronger footing.

Omnichannel Support

This is our preferred structure, and once publishers understand how it works, it is usually an easy decision.

Under Omnichannel Support, we do not just store your product. We sell it. Actively.

We support designated inventory across Gamers Guild's full omnichannel retail network. That network spans our physical retail store locations, our direct online storefront, affiliate partner channels, and additional established sales channels representing over $26 million in annual gross revenue. When we say Omnichannel, we mean all of it working together on behalf of your product, not a single register or a single website.

We begin hard marketing your game for you before it even launches. We market to our existing customer audience and the broader audience in North America, using our infrastructure, our ad spend, and our reach. 

In exchange for that reach, a portion of the inventory you hold with us, typically around 30%, is reserved exclusively for Gamers Guild to sell through our channels. That reserve is what powers the economics of this program. When your product moves through our channels, storage and fulfillment costs are effectively covered by that retail activity.

This program is not exclusive. You are welcome to sign with distributors or other retail partners at any time. The only exclusive element is the 30% reserve. Everything outside that reserve is yours to direct, allocate, or distribute however you choose. You can be in distribution and in this program simultaneously. Many of our publishers will be, and we fully expect it.

Standard 3PL

Some publishers do not want Omnichannel support. Others simply need dependable warehousing and fulfillment.

We can do that too.

Our standard 3PL lane is clean and simple. We receive your product, store it, track it, and fulfill orders at your direction to any address in the United States or internationally.

If what you need is reliable U.S. logistics infrastructure without broader channel support, this path may be the right fit.

What Both Paths Are Meant To Do

Both standard 3PL and Omnichannel Support are designed to help publishers:

• Improve operational stability in the U.S.
• Reduce the burden of self managing storage and shipping
• Create a more reliable experience for customers and partners
• Support direct to consumer and publisher-directed order fulfillment to any address in the U.S.
• Build stronger long term footing as the brand grows

We can also fulfill to international addresses at your direction. For overseas shipments we generally recommend arranging direct drop-ship from your manufacturer to the destination, as that is typically faster and more cost effective than routing international freight through our warehouse. We are happy to discuss what makes the most sense for your needs.

Publisher Financing and Cash Flow Support

Need to pay your invoices with product instead of cash? Looking for a partner who understands that cash flow is one of the hardest parts of growing an indie game? We can help.

Gamers Guild offers qualifying publishers enrolled in Omnichannel Support the ability to satisfy monthly invoices through product transfer rather than cash payment, subject to written approval. Instead of writing a check, you transfer product. We handle the rest.

For publishers who need more, we may also offer upfront deposits against your reserve commitment at time of printing, and cash flow financing through our finance partners for qualifying publishers using two or more Gamers Guild services simultaneously.

We built this program to lower every barrier we could find. That includes the financial ones.
