In Case #2 - Called Forth By Thunder, as private investigator Howard Lovecraft, you will investigate events based on the stories “The Lurking Fear” (1923) and “The Diary of Alonzo Typer” (1938). The Siege of Runedar is a cooperative game for 1 to 4 players. Players take on the role of dwarves charged with defending the walls of Runedar and the treasure they keep within. They will have to face orcs, goblins and trolls, fight in hand-to-hand combat against those who manage to get past the walls and shoot from a distance at those who try to enter. A deck-building system allows them to upgrade their weapons and tools, as they must hold off the raiders long enough to build a tunnel to escape the terrible siege they have been subjected to and get the treasure to safety.

The Classic Mode where the goal is to collect 5 different types of clues with the Puzzle Attribute before time runs out or you lose your sanity. In Amritsar, the players will represent the different personalities of the time who helped the Maharaja of the Sikh Empire with the reconstruction of the Golden Temple.Using a clever mechanic based on the sowing system of the classic mancala games, players will use the different workers and their very own elephant to carry out the necessary tasks. On your turn, you will be able to perform 1-3 actions depending on how well you have coordinated the workers and your elephant. These actions will consist of collecting resources in the quarry or the market, advancing on the different paths of knowledge, improving your personal board, turning to your mahout (elephant rider) for help and above all making donations to the temple with the aim of obtaining as many prestige points as possible. At the end of the game, the player with the most prestige will be declared the winner of the game.
