In the final round of a game of Origin Story, each player chooses a card that represents who they have triumphantly become as the result of their journey. The Heroes & Villains mini-expansion adds 21 new cards to the original deck of 10…and they’re not all heroes. In addition to 7 new superhero cards, we created 14 supervillain cards for the stories that have a more devious ending. They’re all in the same deck. This expansion fits into the core game box and has the same release dates as the above two games! The duel takes place in a tight space on a new double-sided map—only 10 locations and 2 lakes—in a race to 4 stars on a new double-sided Triumph Track, so every turn is crucial. The devious Meloch keeps the game close by giving a small boost to your opponent every time you place a star. All existing Scythe factions, player mats, encounter cards, and factory cards are compatible with Duel of Meloch, as are all existing Expeditions mechs, characters, companions, and discovery cards (items, meteorites, and half of the quests). Likewise, the components in Duel of Meloch are compatible with Scythe and Expeditions: For Scythe, 3 new Factory cards, 6 new encounter cards, a completely new set of 60 combat cards; for Expeditions, 30 new discovery cards (items, quests, and meteorites).

All Mine is a mining claim (trick-taking) game in which players predict their hauls of each of the four treasures (gold, gems, mushrooms, and dragon eggs). However, instead of predicting the number of hauls they'll take, they must state the treasures they think they'll receive the most and least of. Since all cards display their treasure type on the back, players have more information than usual. During each claim (hand), you must play the same treasure type if possible, even with the special trump cards. This requirement makes it difficult to predict which hauls you will bring in. In the end, the player who comes closest to their predictions wins.  Don't get too greedy as you place your bets in this lighthearted game that's guaranteed to please card game enthusiasts and families alike.
