St. Patrick
St Patrick is a simple trick-taking game that combines the fun of Hearts with the assessment of Oh Hell and the fairness of duplicate Bridge. 3 Witches
3 Witches is a must-follow, trick-taking game with no trump suit. At the start of each round, players bid on how many tricks they can win (out of five). The highest bidder becomes the Lead Witch, and their opponents play together on a team as Lesser Witches. The Lead Witch plays two cards (one face down), while the two Lesser Witches combine one card each. Two ingredients of the same rank or suit get added together, leading to tricky situations! If the Lead Witch wins exactly the number of tricks that they bid, they receive two fate tokens at the end of the round; if not, each Lesser Witch receives one fate token. The first player to collect five fate tokens wins.

The Dwarf King
The Dwarf King (Le Roi des Nains) is a trick-taking game played with a deck of 53 cards: three suits (Dwarves, Goblins and Knights) of thirteen cards each and fourteen special cards. The game also includes twenty contract tiles. The game is played over seven rounds. At the start of a round, the dealer randomly draws one special card, reads it to all the players, shuffles it into the deck, then deals the deck out evenly to all players. (The dealer for the first round is the game's owner; for subsequent rounds, the dealer is the one who took the 5 of Dwarves in the previous round.) The player who receives the 5 of Knights draws a contract tile, reads it, then chooses one of the two scoring rules on it to apply for that round. The player holding the 5 of Goblins leads on the first trick. Players must follow suit if possible, and the game includes no trump. The highest card played of the suit led wins the trick and leads to the next trick. Once all cards have been played, players tally their points (possibly negative), remove the special card and contract tile from the game, then shuffle for the next round. The player who scores the most points over seven rounds wins the game.

Six of VIII (Pre-Order)

Dates and product details are subject to change as new information from the manufacturer is updated. Passions flamed and power waned. King Henry pursued Anne Boleyn for almost seven years before they were married. Those loyal to Catherine of Aragon did not accept Anne Boleyn, and considered King Henry’s first wife the rightful Queen. Those loyal to Anne Boleyn saw her as the future, the young wife who would surely give the King a son. The Six of VIII is a trick-taking game played on a timeline. Each Queen has her own suit which is trump during her reign. Players must capture tricks containing crucial courtiers and score the most points. The suits, and the years on the timeline, are proportional to the lengths of the reign of each Queen, with Anne of Cleves being the shortest. Players sit across from their partner and pass two cards face down to begin. Tricks are must-follow. Players win one point per trick, and any points on the cards in the trick. Four hands are played, and the team with the most points wins. In the advanced variant, three cards are added: the King and two Spies. The King card is the highest trump. The zero cards are spies, lowly servants that go unnoticed, working to undermine the rival side. They come in black (for Catherine of Aragon) and red (for Anne Boleyn), but may reveal themselves as the 13 of the opposite suit. There is also The Church of England card, which is given to the team with fewer points after scoring. Once per hand, it can annul a trick that does not contain the King.

Potato Man
Potato Man is a trick-taking game with the largely unused theme of potatoes in which you can sometimes achieve the highest scores with the smallest potatoes. After dealing the cards out, players each play one card to the center of the table to form the "trick" but each of the four colors can be played only once. (The exception: In a five-player game, one color can be played twice.) Whoever plays the highest card wins the trick except that the three least valuable cards in the game (1, 2, 3 of yellow) win the trick if one of the three most valuable cards in the game (16, 17, 18 of red) is present. Whoever wins a trick leads to the next trick. Each color has its own small deck of scoring cards, and when a player wins a trick, he takes a scoring card of the corresponding color. The red color, for example, has highest playing cards on average (cards 5-18, compared to yellow 1-13), but least valued scoring cards for a trick. However, once three tricks are taken with the same color, the scoring cards of that color are depleted and players take golden "joker" scoring cards, worth the most points. Therefore you might want to keep high cards of a frequently winning color in your hand in order to maximize your points but the round ends as soon as a player cannot play a card due to the restrictions on which cards can be played in a given trick. Players tally their points, then begin a new round, with the game lasting as many rounds as the number of players. In the end, whoever tallies the most points wins!

Sea Change
The deck contains 80 Sea cards in five suits. The five suits are represented by different colours and icons. Each suit has one card of each value; a higher card beats a lower card of the same suit — high (15) to low (0). Depending on the number of players, a set number of cards from a set number of suits will be shuffled together. Players can decide in advance to play as teams, or each player for themselves. Each player will be dealt 10 cards to create their hand. In a clockwise manner, each player will contribute one card, chosen from their hand, to create a trick. In each trick, one suit will be stronger than others (trump). Any card in this trump suit beats all cards not in the trump suit. A Sea Change will change the trump suit in the middle of a trick when a player matches the value of the last card played. Players attempt to win tricks containing cards with positive points, and avoid cards with negative points. *Important* During tricks, 0s are not worth any points. At the end of the round, check which suit is trump. The 0 from that suit, and only that suit, is now worth 5 points. All other 0s are not worth any points. The player with the highest score at the end of the round will earn 1 Victory Point (VP). The game ends when one player has earned 3 VPs.

Fairy Season is a trick-taking card game in which players take turns playing Fairies, Traps, Goblins and Royal Fairies in an attempt to capture the pile (called the swarm) and add it to their private stash. The Phantom of the Opera is a tense two-player trick-taking duel inspired by Gaston Leroux’s classic tale. One player is the Phantom, striving to compose a perfect musical score, while the other is Christine, trying to disrupt his melody and break free. Over two rounds of ten tricks each, players follow suit when possible, use trump and “super trump” (superior to trump) suits to capture or evade tricks. The “Number on the Seal” adds tension by triggering card exchanges and high-stakes scoring. To succeed, the Phantom must win and lose specific tricks as shown on the music sheet, while Christine’s goal is to disrupt his composition at every turn. If the Phantom completes the score within two rounds, he wins; otherwise, Christine escapes his grasp. With simple rules, layered tactics, and a dramatic push-pull over every trick, The Phantom of the Opera turns every hand into a battle of timing and precision.

You've made your mournful public statement ("tragic day," etc), and now you're ready to hatch your devious plot to steal the newly vacant Supreme Seat and claim Absolute Power for yourself. You only need to outmaneuver your fellow ministers - but they're a heap of low-watt gizmos, how hard could that be? Let the machinations begin! Power Vacuum is a trick-taking game with some treacherous twists. The game is played over several rounds, and in each round players use tricks to adjust the Power levels of other players to work toward their hidden Agenda cards. Power is gained by winning tricks with the highest number of the led suit, but it is also gained, lost, and exchanged between players through shrewd use of the Control Board, which is manipulated by the player of the lowest card of ANY suit. If at the round's end you have fulfilled your Agenda card, successfully picking the players with the most and/or least amount of Power, you get a large bonus payout. End-of-round points are exchanged for pieces of a great statue you are building to yourself. The first player to complete their statue becomes the next Supreme Appliance! Power Vacuum is not about winning every trick, but choosing the right card at the right time to engineer the rise or fall of your opponents in the short term so that you can profit the most in the long term. Additionally, each card's suit is visible on the back side, reducing the need to count your opponent's cards, so you can focus instead on the most cunning move - but watch out for Spies, the fifth suit hiding amongst the other four which will trump the trump suit.
