New In-Store Pickup Processes

As we prepare to open our North Phoenix location tomorrow, we wanted to outline some changes we are making to our ordering process to facilitate the delivery of "in-store pickup" orders. 

Please review the example and clarifications below to make sure that your order is sent to the proper location for pickup.

ORDERING PROCESS

Step 1: Add products to your Cart

Step 2: Click STORE PICKUP on the right-hand side

(Green circle marks the correct selection)

Step 3: Under STORE PICKUP, you will then scroll and select your PICKUP LOCATION

Currently there are 2 options listed:

1. North Phoenix
2. Tempe

You must choose one!

REMINDER

When selecting the PICKUP LOCATION option, you MUST choose either the North Phoenix or Tempe location to complete your order.

Failure to do so will prevent you from successfully completing your order.

***Note: Orders marked for in-store pickup at the North Phoenix location may initially appear as orders to be shipped. However, these orders will be tagged as in-store pickups for North Phoenix and WILL BE directed to that location.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES - WHERE THINGS GO WRONG

Do NOT choose the “SHIPPING” option. Choosing the SHIPPING option will mark your order as unfulfilled.

Note: (Red ‘X’ marks the incorrect selection)

A Pop-Up will appear if you have done this incorrectly and will prompt you to go back into your cart to choose IN STORE PICKUP and PICK UP LOCATION.

Please go back to the cart and select STORE PICK UP and choose either the Tempe or North Phoenix location! Thank you!

NOTE FOR NORTH PHOENIX PICKUP ORDERS

• Orders for North Phoenix pickup may initially appear as shipping orders, but they will be tagged for in-store pickup at the North Phoenix location.
• Our GSRs (Guest Service Representatives) at North Phoenix will email you when your order is ready for pickup.
