As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience even during peak hours. Pay: $14.35/hr

Responsibilities

• Guest Service:
  • Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and offer recommendations.
  • Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar.
  • Address guest inquiries and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Fast-Paced Service:
  • Work efficiently to handle a high volume of tables during peak hours.
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure prompt and timely service to all guests.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to streamline order delivery.
• Menu Knowledge:
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including specials and beverage offerings.
  • Provide detailed information about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Upselling:
  • Suggest additional items, specials, or upgrades to enhance the guest experience.
  • Upsell beverages, desserts, and other add-ons to increase sales.

• Order Accuracy:
  • Double-check orders for accuracy before serving to guests.
  • Ensure special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work as part of a cohesive team, supporting fellow servers and collaborating with kitchen and bar staff.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Server in a high-volume restaurant or similar setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette.
• Positive attitude and guest-focused mindset.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
