Responsibilities

Multi-Station Operation:
- Effectively manage and operate various cooking stations, including grill, sauté, fry, and others, to meet the demands of a diverse menu.
- Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure seamless workflow during peak hours.

Cooking:
- Emphasize cooking methods to prepare high-quality and flavorful dishes.
- Execute recipes with precision, paying attention to presentation and consistency.

Equipment Proficiency:
- Operate and maintain multiple types of kitchen equipment, such as ovens, grills, fryers, and other specialized tools.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and report maintenance needs promptly.

Quality Control:
- Adhere to established recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain food quality.
- Conduct visual and taste checks to ensure that all dishes meet the highest standards.

Fast-Paced Environment:
- Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen setting, managing multiple orders and time-sensitive tasks.
- Work efficiently to meet service deadlines without compromising on quality.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume, multi-faceted kitchen.
- Proficiency in operating various cooking equipment and stations.
- Strong knowledge of scratch cooking techniques and culinary principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Team player with effective communication skills.
