Tales from the Loop: The Board Game
The landscape was full of machines and scrap metal connected to the facility in one way or another. Always present on the horizon were the colossal cooling towers of the Bona Reactor, with their green obstruction lights. If you put your ear to the ground, you could hear the heartbeat of the Loop – the purring of the Gravitron, the central piece of engineering magic that was the focus of the Loop’s experiments. In 1954, the Swedish government ordered the construction of the world’s largest particle accelerator. The facility was completed in 1969, located deep below the pastoral suburban countryside, outside of Stockholm. The local population called this marvel of technology the Loop. Over the years since it was built, strange phenomena have started to appear in the area – mysterious creatures stalking the land, machines malfunctioning in inexplicable ways. In the Tales From the Loop – The Board Game, you take the roles of local kids and play cooperatively to investigate whatever phenomena that threaten the islands (or perhaps just the local video store), and hopefully stop them. Each day starts at school, but as soon as the bell rings you can use whatever time you have before dinner and homework to go exploring! You can either play through one of the branching scenarios – ranging from alien plant life to visitors from the past – or choose a more sandbox experience using the game’s Mystery Islands mode. Scenarios vary in length from 90-120 minutes and you can play solo, by controlling two Kids, all the way up to five players. Each turn in the game represents a day in the life of the Kids and starts with them meeting up at school. There they will pick up new rumors and plan their actions for the coming day. Once the bell rings and school’s out, they are free to roam the islands, either investigating the mysteries and rumors available, or simply taking care of chores (or both!). Each Kid has a certain amount of Time available to them as they take their turn, which they can spend freely and in any order desired. In effect all player turns are integrated: you don’t have to sit and wait for your turn to come around, but can move about together with the others. And sticking together is wise when facing tougher challenges as you can help each other out and even combine your items for new abilities that can completely bypass a challenge! At the end of the day it’s important to be home in time for dinner and homework. You can stay out longer, but that could mean losing some privileges (like getting that critical car ride!) or even becoming grounded… Bring your best friends and go out and explore the mysteries of the Loop!

Chronicles of Crime: 1900
You are Victor Lavel, a young ambitious journalist working for a major newspaper. It's the year 1900, the middle of the Belle Époque, and Paris flourishes. There are so many stories to cover, the Exposition Universelle, the Summer Olympics, the opening of the first metro station, but as a Lavel, a family famous for solving crimes since the middle ages, you are murders, kidnapping, and robberies. Being a journalist helps you in being among the first to know about them and your wits often make you the first to find the preparator. Chronicles of Crime: 1900 is a stand-alone, cooperative game of crime investigation. Using Scan & Play technology to mix digital and board games allows for many crime investigation stories to be told with the same components. Interrogate the suspects, collect evidence, and solve some escape-room-style puzzles incorporated into each scenario. Chronicles of Crime - The Millennium Series features three standalone Chronicles of Crime games that utilize the same great Chronicles of Crime system, but provide interesting gameplay twists and refreshing settings, that span an entire millennium from 1400 to 1900 and finally 2400. Players will be able to experience Paris like never before as they solve cases across three distinct time periods.

Railroad Ink (Blazing Red Edition)
In the multiplayer puzzle game Railroad Ink, your goal is to connect as many exits on your board as possible. Each round, a set of dice are rolled in the middle of the table, determining which kind of road and railway routes are available to all players. You have to draw these routes on your erasable boards to create transport lines and connect your exits, trying to optimize the available symbols better than your opponents. The more exits you connect, the more points you score at the end of the game, but you lose points for each incomplete route, so plan carefully! Will you press your luck and try to stretch your transportation network to the next exit, or will you play it safe and start a new, simpler to manage route? Railroad Ink comes in two versions, each one including two expansions with additional dice sets that add special rules to your games. The Blazing Red Edition includes the Lava and Meteor expansions. Try to confine the lava coming from the erupting volcano before it destroys your routes, or deal with the havoc brought by the meteor strikes and mine the craters for precious ore. These special rules can spice up things and make each game play and feel different. Each box allows you to play from 1 to 6 players, and if you combine more boxes, you can play with up to 12 players (or more). The only limit to the number of players is the number of boards you have!

Castles of Mad King Ludwig
In the tile-laying game Castles of Mad King Ludwig, players are tasked with building an amazing, extravagant castle for King Ludwig II of Bavaria...one room at a time. You see, the King loves castles, having built Neuschwanstein (the castle that inspired the Disney theme park castles) and others, but now he's commissioned you to build the biggest, best castle ever — subject, of course, to his ever-changing whims. Each player acts as a building contractor who is adding rooms to the castle he's building while also selling his services to other players. In the game, each player starts with a simple foyer. One player takes on the role of the Master Builder, and that player sets prices for a set of rooms that can be purchased by the other players, with him getting to pick from the leftovers after the other players have paid him for their rooms. When a room is added to a castle, the player who built it gains castle points based on the size and type of room constructed, as well as bonus points based on the location of the room. When a room is completed, with all entranceways leading to other rooms in the castle, the player receives one of seven special rewards. After each purchasing round, a new player becomes the Master Builder who sets prices for a new set of rooms. After several rounds, the game ends, then additional points are awarded for achieving bonus goals, having the most popular rooms, and being the most responsive to the King's demands, which change each game. Whoever ends up with the most castle points wins.

Shikoku is the smallest of the four main islands of Japan and famous for its 88 Buddhist temples pilgrimage. It is said people have a year of misfortune and woes — at the age of 42 for men and 33 for women — so to be cured and avoid bad luck, pilgrims of those ages attend the temple 23 called Yakuōji and place of the Buddha of healing, Yakushi Nyorai. In every step, pilgrims leave a coin while singing the Yakushi mantra, which favors them with spiritual healing and prevents misfortune. In Shikoku, players play the role of pilgrims who are going up the 33 steps while singing mantras until they reach the pagoda. However, the "Middle Path" seeks moderation, not the extremes: To be the first one, or the last, is not welcome! The winners will be those who are second or next to last on the steps when a player reaches the top. The game is played in rounds, each of them with three phases: Following the turn order of the mantra line, each player plays one card from their hand placing it in the mantra area along with their pilgrim. When all players had played a card, pilgrims will be moved on the board. Players whose cards are second counting from the left and second counting from the right, don't go up. The other players go up as many steps (ICONO) as the card with their pilgrim indicates. Move the mantra card (and its pilgrim) with the lower value from the first position to the last one of the mantra line. This will determine the turn order of the next round. The last player in the mantra line gets a new mantra card and other players take one of the cards (in turn order) that have been played during the previous round to have three cards in their hands. After the moving phase of a round, if one or more players reach the pagoda (square 33), the game ends and the player, or players, who are second counting from the top and second counting from the bottom, win the game.

Auztralia
AuZtralia is an adventure/exploration game for 1-4 players set in an alternate reality 1930s. The theme is inspired by Martin Wallace's A Study in Emerald. Following the Restorationist war, the northern hemisphere lands lay poisoned and starvation was the norm. Intrepid adventurers set out to explore and settle new lands. Little did they know, after the war, the surviving Old Ones and their remaining loyal human armies made their way to the outback of Australia to lick their wounds. Build a port, construct railways, mine and farm for food. You’ll need to prepare for the awakening. You’ll need to fight. Everything you do in the game costs time, which is one of AuZtralia's most valued resources. At a point in time, the Old Ones will wake up and become an active player. They begin to reveal themselves and move, with potentially devastating outcomes. You’ll need to prepare wisely for the awakening and may have to co-operate with others to defeat the most dangerous Old Ones. Military units will help you to locate, fight and defend against the nightmarish beings that may be lurking on your doorstep. As well as hardware, you’ll need to recruit some Personalities who have the skills and resources to help you. Riches from the land, mixed with darkness and insanity await you in the outback. Will humanity prevail or will the Old Ones wreak their revenge? By default, the game is semi-cooperative, where one wins or everyone loses. The rulebook includes a fully cooperative variant.

It's a Wonderful World: War or Peace
This expansion is a campaign allowing players to live an adventure scripted in 5 scenarios which brings, collectively during the game, players to make choices that will tip the story towards Peace or World War. At the start of a game, players open an envelope containing the story, the special rules of the scenario and the extra cards for this scenario. Then, at the end of the game, each player receives different rewards depending on whether he won or lost and according to his own choices during the game (depending on the scenario). Thus, each one builds his Heritage over the 5 scenarios. The winner of the campaign is the one who wins the last scenario. The campaign offers 6 scenarios in all because there is a branch, depending on the choice of players in scenario 4. During the campaign and after the campaign, the players will unlock cards which can come to enrich the basic game definitively. The Heritage campaigns therefore offer players to live a story and gradually unlock a mini-extension to the base game offering a new mechanic, a bit like a Legacy, but totally replayable because there is no alteration of equipment. The campaign is also playable solo.
