It's a Wonderful World: War or Peace
This expansion is a campaign allowing players to live an adventure scripted in 5 scenarios which brings, collectively during the game, players to make choices that will tip the story towards Peace or World War. At the start of a game, players open an envelope containing the story, the special rules of the scenario and the extra cards for this scenario. Then, at the end of the game, each player receives different rewards depending on whether he won or lost and according to his own choices during the game (depending on the scenario). Thus, each one builds his Heritage over the 5 scenarios. The winner of the campaign is the one who wins the last scenario. The campaign offers 6 scenarios in all because there is a branch, depending on the choice of players in scenario 4. During the campaign and after the campaign, the players will unlock cards which can come to enrich the basic game definitively. The Heritage campaigns therefore offer players to live a story and gradually unlock a mini-extension to the base game offering a new mechanic, a bit like a Legacy, but totally replayable because there is no alteration of equipment. The campaign is also playable solo.

This Clinic: Deluxe Edition – Campaign Book provides 3 campaign modes to address all experience levels, and all of which are designed for 1 – 4 players: The Thematic Campaigns: Each of these campaigns facilitates learning the rules of the myriad expansions. The expansions are gathered into 5 main themes, and each theme is a separate campaign. Each scenario of a campaign introduces the expansions gradually (but cumulatively), easing the learning curve. The Medium Campaign: 8 scenarios, each of which combines a cross-section of 5 expansions from the 5 themes defined in the Thematic Campaigns. The Expert Campaign: 5 scenarios, each of which combines 8-9 expansions to tell a story (actual story by Nathan Morse included).

Clinic: Deluxe Edition - 5th Extension
Occasionally, I’ve heard it said that some players build their clinic nearly the same way every time, and that the construction part of the game lacks variety. So, in The Extension, I added Urban Design 1.0 to require different floor plans, and Underground Utility Work to reduce the available space and to resize and reconfigure your player boards however you want. Then, in the 3rd Extension, I added Urban Design 2.0. But still… you have all become veterans of all of these obstacles, and now you need more! So, I offer you new layouts for the ground floor, and a new series of double tiles, which should not only accelerate development of your clinic, but also allow you to play on these more difficult floors — plenty to get you out of your rut!

Living Planet
In the not-too-distant future, a new planet, rich in resources has just been discovered, and major corporations are chomping at the bit to mine it for profit. The catch? It is extremely unstable and could self-destruct at any moment. In Living Planet, players lead their corporation in the exploitation of MYC.14.250. They spend actions exploring the planet, constructing buildings, and extracting minerals from the planet’s core. Just like the planet, the economy is unstable and players will have to keep their eye on the fluctuating stock markets to make the most money. Competition will occur as players battle over resources in the last days of a deteriorating planet. Only a shrewd business mind will be able to make a profit and also get off the planet before it explodes.
