35 Players: 6 Whispers in the Well Booster Packs to raffle for non Top 8
etc.
If the number of players does not reach the next tier in the scaled prizing, 2 Whispers in the Well booster packs will be added to raffle for non Top players per player above the highest tier reached.
For example, if there are 18 players, Top prizing will follow the 16 player structure, then for the 17th and 18th player, 2 booster packs will be added to raffle prizing per player (total 4 packs goes into raffle).
