My Neighbor Totoro Menu

Table Set — “Forest Spirit Welcome Dip”

A cozy opening from the edge of the camphor tree: creamy garlic-miso cream cheese topped with a crunchy wonton crumble, served alongside sesame-butter crostini and finished with a drizzle of sweet chili glaze. Comforting, savory, and perfect for sharing while you wait for the soot sprites to arrive.

Salad — “Mei’s Garden Crunch”

A bright, playful mix of broccoli slaw, crisp turnips, daikon, water chestnuts, red onion, and crunchy noodles, tossed in a sweet honey-ginger dressing and finished with toasted walnuts. Fresh, curious, and full of woodland crunch.

App — “Soot Sprite Potato Noodles”

Slippery Asian potato noodles tossed in fragrant Japanese-seasoned garlic oil, finished with tender bean sprouts and a gentle sprinkle of red pepper flakes. Light, savory, and just mischievous enough — like soot sprites scattering across the kitchen.

Entrée — “Totoro’s Rainy Day Curry”

Rich Japanese golden curry simmered with tender top round steak, potatoes, carrots, and onions, served over fluffy garlic white rice and finished with a soft wisp of coconut cream. Hearty, comforting, and best enjoyed while listening to the rain fall on the forest roof.

Dessert — “Camphor Tree Apple Roses”

Delicate puff pastry apples shaped into blooming roses, baked golden and served with a walnut, blackberry, and honey spread. Sweet, nostalgic, and as gentle as a nap on Totoro’s belly.
