Role Overview
We are seeking a friendly, motivated person who has retail experience and wants to work towards reaching their career goals within a growing organization. The GSR is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a safe and clean retail environment, and assisting the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals while working as a team.
Key Responsibilities

Retail Operations:
- Handling cash register duties, including ringing up products, notifying customers of online orders being ready for pickup, and completing order fulfillment.
- Assisting customers with questions about product lines and making recommendations based on their needs.
- Conducting store tours and maintaining knowledge of store products.

Customer Service:
- Maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
- Escalate customer complaints to a Manager on Duty.
- Enforce the Code of Conduct and escalate any Code of Conduct complaints appropriately.
- Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated.
- Store Operations
- Perform required opening and closing procedures.
- Learning and adapting to new and improved processes.
- Maintain store appearance by restocking, dusting, and facing products, performing bathroom checks, and cleaning glass surfaces.
- Labeling and stocking inventory.
- Reporting safety issues to managers.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs for medium lengths of time, typically around an hour per shift total.
