Role Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented courier who thrives in a fast-paced retail and logistics environment. As the Courier, you will be responsible for transporting products between our warehouse and store locations safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You will play a key role in ensuring that inventory is available for events, sales, and day-to-day operations, supporting the overall customer experience and store success.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation & Logistics: Safely load, transport, and unload products, supplies, and promotional materials between warehouse and store locations according to a set schedule.
Inventory Integrity: Verify counts at pickup and drop-off, report discrepancies immediately, and ensure that products are handled with care to prevent damage.
Communication: Maintain clear communication with warehouse and store managers regarding delivery times, delays, and any issues that arise in transit.
Documentation: Accurately complete any required transfer forms or digital confirmations for each trip.
Support Store Operations: When needed, assist with moving inventory into storage areas.
Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the delivery vehicle clean, fueled, and report any maintenance needs promptly to management.
Compliance & Safety: Follow all traffic laws, company safety procedures, and handling protocols to ensure personal and product safety.

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required with a clean driving record. Must meet all DOT requirements for operating commercial vehicles safely.
Must meet company vehicle insurance eligibility requirements (typically requires age 25+ and clean driving record).
Proven experience of a similar role.
Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50lbs consistently.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
