As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional cocktails, providing outstanding guest service, and contributing to the lively atmosphere of our bar. Pay: $15.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Mixology and Drink Preparation:
  • Craft a diverse range of cocktails with precision and creativity.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of drinks to meet guest expectations.
• Guest Engagement:
  • Provide friendly and attentive guest service, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Engage with patrons, take drink orders, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Efficient Service:
  • Work efficiently to serve a high volume of guests during peak hours.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple drink orders simultaneously.
• Upselling and Recommendations:
  • Upsell premium and specialty drinks to enhance the guest experience.
  • Share knowledge of various spirits, beers, and wines to make informed recommendations.
• Cash Handling and Transactions:
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage guest tabs, process payments, and provide correct change.

• Bar Maintenance:
  • Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, communicating restocking needs to management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.
• Exceptional guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with efficiency and composure.
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
• TIPS or equivalent certification is a plus.
