You quickly get a pre-admissions facility built to help process and route the different cases into the appropriate queues. Unfortunately, just before groundbreaking, your differing views of the ideal clinic cause a schism between you, and you go your separate ways, with patients already lining up in pre-admissions. This is the last extension for Clinic Deluxe Edition released for the non Essen fair in 2020.It contains:- 4 New player boards, called basement board printed both side Normal/Expert- 9 New very special Double tiles printed both side- A set of Rules As a side note: Clinic Deluxe Edition - 2nd Extension and Clinic Deluxe Edition - 3rd Extension have been skipped by the designer because of lack of play testing during the lockdowns. They will be released later in 2021-2022. So Clinic Deluxe Edition - 4th Extension will be the last expansion and will end the series.

Occasionally, I’ve heard it said that some players build their clinic nearly the same way every time, and that the construction part of the game lacks variety. So, in The Extension, I added Urban Design 1.0 to require different floor plans, and Underground Utility Work to reduce the available space and to resize and reconfigure your player boards however you want. Then, in the 3rd Extension, I added Urban Design 2.0. But still… you have all become veterans of all of these obstacles, and now you need more! So, I offer you new layouts for the ground floor, and a new series of double tiles, which should not only accelerate development of your clinic, but also allow you to play on these more difficult floors — plenty to get you out of your rut!
