Conquest: Spires - 5th Anniversary Remix Artisan Series Abomination
5th Anniversary Remix Artisan Series Resin monster kit. Upgraded and updated sculpt with for a new look and a superior assembly that brings gamer quality of life improvements. No creations of the Spire embody both the Directorates pursuits of efficiency and the Sovereigns quest for perfection as does the Siegebreaker Behemoth. Its limbs are designed to dig, climb and still strike with such force it cavitates the very air, producing a thunderous boom that dwarfs the sound of its impact, shredding metal, pulverizing stone and obliterating flesh. Its sinuous serpentine body is almost nothing but muscle and armour, sacrificing everything for power, mobility and durability. Its nervous system is a complex mix of simple systems that govern its movement and complex self-referencing pain and pleasure receptors attuned only to its hearing. This is intentional, for its control is established by frequencies known only to its master, who dispenses pain or pleasure ensuring the compliance and good behaviour of this unstoppable behemoth. HOW THEY PLAY: The Spires design their creations for specific tasks, and this mighty behemoth lives up to its name: it breaks sieges. With a few, yet extraordinarily powerful attacks, the Siegebreaker dismisses any attempt at defense or protection from its assaults. When enemies establish robust defensive lines, these behemoths effortlessly shatter them.

Conquest: Spires - Abomination
Abominations were originally an advanced and cruel form of punishment, devised on a whim by the Sovereign. Ensconced deep within an Abomination lies the body of an Exile who has betrayed his trust or breached the most sacrosanct of Spire laws. Survivors speak of a keening whine, just on the verge of hearing that pervades their memories, a sound that registers deeper than the cries of their fallen comrades. This is the only sound an Abomination can make, the only sound it is allowed to make: a keening howl to convey the depth of their misery and torment.

Conquest: Spires - Assault Preceptor
The preceptors are a creation of the Directorate. Originally intended as a front-line unit to replace the Vanguard strain whose combat prowess was based on coordination and reaction, they were retired citing the very resource intensive training process they required to be considered battle ready. Of course, one could argue, the Sovereign would also not look kindly on a tightly structured and well-coordinated fighting force capable of autonomous thought and communication. Loath to waste resources, the Directorate repurposed the project, introducing preceptor leaders to Vanguard Clone formations to increase their coordination and cohesion. So far, preliminary trials show a significant increase in battlefield performance…

Conquest: Spires - Avatara
Amongst the most elite troops available to any faction, the Avatara will allow Spire players to either round out their existing forces with fast, hard hitting troops capable of dealing with heavy armor or encourage them to start an elite themed army. Given their Mainstay status a new army paradigm can be established around these powerful troops, exploiting their Mainstay classification to build a small, elite force around a core of Avatar regiments

Conquest: Spires - Biomancer
Standing six feet tall, their spindly bodies have been adapted to the rigors of their academic life. Digestive systems have been reduced to minimize distractions. Their senses, particularly sight and smell, have been enhanced to an astounding degree, so much so that the clothing they wear to battle is designed to reduce the sensory overload, allowing them to focus on the task at hand.

Conquest: Spires - Bound Clones
Lacking the mental prowess to join the Directory or the beauty to serve the Lineages directly as domestics, the vast majority of clones decanted find their way into the ranks of the Bound, the professional forces each Sovereign Lineage keeps on retainer. Clothed, fed, equipped, and trained at the Lineage’s expense, these soldiers are kept on standby for those tasks that require a fully cognizant mind and could not be entrusted to a servile drone. This should not lead one to think that their lives mean more to their masters, but rather that their masters expect more for the investment into their continued existence.
$44.99$29.74
Conquest: Spires - Catabolic Node
Nothing epitomizes the Spires’ approach to warfare more than the Catabolic Node. Every drone contains the latent genetic code to become a Catabolic Node. With its twisted body is seething with toxic gasses and corrosive vital fluids a Catabolic Node is so unstable they are only created on the eve of battle. One shudders to imagine what could happen if the Spires found a way to stabilize these deadly sacrificial troops.

Conquest: Spires - Centaur Avatara
A massive humanoid torso crowns the baroque, armored equine monstrosity of the Centaur Avatara, bristling with arms each carrying a deadly blade. Scoffing at the notion of partnership with another being, but keenly aware of the advantages of cavalry upon the field, Spires created the Centaur iterations of the Avatara to mimic the original knights, the companions and equites of the Old Dominion. To date these have been reserved for only the eldest and most powerful elders of the Lineages. Their recent presence on the western battlefield can only bode ill for the Hundred Kingdoms as these hoary monsters shed millennia of ennui and rekindle their bloodlust and interest in battle.

Conquest: Spires - High Clone Executor
Lacking the refined education of their Spire betters, veteran High Clones possess only those skills they have earned on the battlefield. Tactically knowledgeable as infantry men and strategically acute as infiltrators and Pteraphon riders, High Clones excel at what they do but not always at the society they live in. A fraction of them have managed to adapt and employ their training in politics, rising above their intended station. Most often than not, they are given a modest stipend and employed as ceremonial guards, (since the real bodyguard roles for the truly exalted amongst their society are reserved for those creatures whose loyalty and combat capacity are compelled by Biomantic means). Those who are not content with these limited roles must vie to be recognized as Executors, officers in one of the Sovereign Lineages’ armies. - Alt Sculpt

Conquest: Spires - Marksman Clones
Spliced from a number of tissues to ensure their keen eyesight and flawless hand-eye coordination, these Clones are amongst the most effective ranged troops one can encounter on the battlefield. The addition of a third arm was pioneered by the Fourth Indigo Lineage, which traded the marginal increases in accuracy that other houses blindly pursued for a significantly increased rate of fire. Despite under performing in the sharpshooting challenges, the dominant superiority in their rate of fire brought glory to their Lineage in the melees for decades, until the other Lineages stole, bought or perfected their technique. Unleashed on the outside world for the first time in millennia, Marksmen Clones are reaping a bloody toll on the battlefield, providing withering salvoes of accurate fire for the monstrous throng the Spires call an army.

Conquest: Spires - Mimetic Assassin
The Directorate has long sought to produce the perfect assassin clone, but their efforts have been incessantly stymied by the Sovereign. He has made it a matter of personal interest to ensure that all Ark vaults containing pertinent data to this research fall squarely under his direct supervision, denying the Directorate access to chameleonic strand sequences and certain personality traits, which it has sought for so long. They have instead been forced to adapt and improvise with those strands they already possess: agility, strength, aggression and some limited biomechanical functions.

A portion of all Force Grown Drones is tithed to the Onslaught Program. An advanced research grant established by the directorate to further the development of the Spire’s combat drones. It is upon these hapless wretches that the Directorate expands its knowledge of neural and hormonal overstimulation, pushing the boundaries of their own craft a tiny bit further with each test. Already they have borne fruit, allowing the clones’ direct supervisors to trigger their hyper aggression only once a safe distance from friendlies has been achieved.

Conquest: Spires - Vanguard Clone Infiltrators
Unlike the Brute and Force Grown Drones the Vanguard Clones are not grown in the spawning pits deep within the Underspire. Woven from 100% pure exile tissue, their strands are improved upon and woven to produce superior specimens. Infiltrator training differs radically from what Vanguards have come to expect. As Vanguard Infantry, they fought in the main battle line, counting on support from countless menial drones, beasts and sentients that forge the war machine of the Spires. Infiltrators operate independently of this complex, relying solely on their skills and those of their team mates to survive in an environment that is not only alien to them, but a population who is invariably hostile. Stealth and ambush are their chosen methods of combatant their training regime emphasizes this. Few forces on Eä can match them in their chosen craft.

W’adrhŭn of the Hunter Caste are often re-tasked from their efforts at securing food for the tribe due to the invaluable support they can provide their fellow warriors. Conquest: W'Adrhun - Quartl
Soaring on thermals above the oases in the Wastelands, the Quatl captured the imagination of W'adrhun from the very beginning. Unfortunately, the process of bonding and domesticating one of these terrifying beasts is an arduous one that begins as soon as the beast is hatched, as it imprints on the first living being it identifies as its "mother". Countless Braves found an unfortunate end seeking to tame adolescent Quatls only to be torn limb from limb by their enraged parents or the beast itself. Once the secret of imprinting was discovered, the number of Quatl riders has steadily risen, but difficulty in acquiring a healthy quatl egg has stymied their growth. Loath to risk these rare resources in combat, enterprising riders have learnt to use the beast's speed to maximum effect, soaring through the battlefield at breakneck speeds then spearing their hapless foe with their custom harpoons. Those that are not instantly slain by the violent impact are invariably slain by the sudden pull, even larger beasts risk being mangled or even slain by a well placed harpoon. HOW THEY PLAY: Much like birds of prey, the Quatl circles the battlefield as the defacto W'adrhun long distance operator, stalking enemies and points of interest before it swoops in to finish off engaged opponents, isolated ranged Regiments, or diving in to deny an Enemy from holding an Objective Zone. This is a true artisan series miniature, with incredible details that make it a presence on a game table, or as a painted model. As the W’adrhŭn hosts thunders into battle, it is not uncommon for its leaders to lead from the vanguard. While it has been established that male W’adrhŭn struggle to form stable bonds with carnivorous dinosaurs, this poses no impediment to those who would seek to bond and ride a Ceratopsian dinosaur. Mounted atop this formidable beast, the Thunder Chieftain becomes a bastion of prowess and rallying point upon the battlefield, the ungainly and brutal nature of his mount’s attacks is more than offset by the sheer combat prowess displayed by the greatest warrior in the tribe. Riding juvenile Brontoceratops (the elder beasts being too stubborn and docile to be goaded to battle) the Thunder Riders descend on the enemy formations in an unstoppable avalanche of muscle, crest and violence. The sheer power and impact these mounts can bring to bear as they stampede and trample enemy lines has earned these young riders a terrifying reputation that belies their years. How they Play: The W'adrhŭn version of Heavy Shock Cavalry, the Thunder Riders focus more on a debilitating Charge rather than sustained combat, even though their defensive stats would naturally protect them. Conquest: Weaver Courts - Ciannir Riders
The Ciannir Riders go to combat armed with cunningly wrought arbalests they can fire on the wing, harrying their foe without exposing themselves to danger. Lunopeth Moths were tamed and bound millenia ago by The Weaver Courts. Long lines of these night flyers have been life bound to the weavers for so long, they are no an inseperable part of their society. How they Play: Where Sciathan Riders capitalize on Seeds, the Ciannir are the precision tool that applies them. Able to swiftly move behind enemy lines, their strength lies not in the damage their hand-crossbows deal, but in their ability to plant Seeds exactly where they're needed, allowing the rest of the Weaver Courts army to unleash its full potential.

Conquest: Weaver Courts - Crann Guardians
Mortals have long argued that it is hard to understand where the Forest ends and the Weavers begins. Crann Guardians are perhaps the clearest embodiment of this. These are not Lifebound Weavers, but rather actual trees awakened by the Whisper, a communal sentience of the Forest forged by those Weavers who voluntarily end their life due to pain, exhaustion or sheer age by interning themselves within its living boughs. Lacking organs and tapping directly into the power of the Faerann, these cumbersome warriors are nigh unstoppable. How they Play: Stoic and stalwart, the Crann Guardians - like their tree forest brethren - evolve as the seasons progress. Each season brings an opportunity for growth, but what remains truly unchanged is the Crann Guardians' ability to withstand punishment and weather any storm.

Their delicate bodies do not lend themselves well to the rigors of combat, but the Weavers have compensated for this, arming their riders with ranged weapons. The Sciathan warriors are able to hurl noxious pods of awakened seeds on their foe, equipped to protect themselves from the inevitable fumble as they cast their deadly cargo with the aid of curved gloves deep into the ranks of the enemy.
