THEY FEED ON FEAR is a semi-cooperative, horror-themed, narrative tabletop roleplaying game (RPG). The players embody Fear-Eaters; eldritch interdimensional beings that feed on a form of human energy called Essence. A Fear-Eater’s aim is to be the first to accumulate sufficient Essence to achieve its End Goal. One person assumes the role of the Provider (game master) and is in charge of describing the game’s world, its inhabitants and their responses to player actions.Unlike most RPGs, the Provider does not issue quests.
